a c-section is where they cut your stomach open to get the baby (or babies) out. Im not sure as to which is more painful but in my opinion i would say just a regular birth would hurt worse because they have to cut you "down there"...but if your drugged up (which isnt bad because most people are....for pain) then i doubt it hurts at all :\ hope i helped!

accually wearing 2 would give a higher risk of making them break because of friction....just try to relax and go with one and maybe birth control if your that scared
