I am starting college in September, seeing I will be meeting a whole bunch of new people and not knowing that many of them. Any ideas of how I can get a lot of friends?

Im going away too for college this year! Im just going to be myself! You have to out going and introduce to yourself to everyone! Try joining clubs and stuff! Sororities are also great ways to meet people! Youll be fine! there are sooo many people there youll meet pleanty of people just like you! xoxo GOOD LUCK and have fun!

I guess it matter is you REALLY care what everyone thinks about you....If you have feelings for him, then why not go on a few dates with him, if your friends make fun of you or give you a hard time, first you need to consider if thats the kind of people you want to be friends with, they shouldnt judge you like that and second do u want to be with people that shallow, and become shallow YOURSELF because you wont date someone that is the same status as you.....Good luck! hi. im in a group of 3 best friends. Alexa and Erin. They both tell me that they secretly like me better than the other one and wish it was just the two of us. Alexa says crap about Erin and so on. I love them both and wish they wouldnt do this and could just like eachother. what should i do?

WELL welcome to the world of "true friends" haha its realllllyyyy sad to say, but its going to be like this for most of your highschool years! Its really hard to trust anyone ya know! Its kinda of like if they talk bad to you about eachother,,,Why wouldnt alexa and erin talk about you behind your back! Girls are just shady...and its something you just gotta live and deal with or try and move on and find better friends! I know EXACTLY how you feel hunny....and im sorry maybe you should just confront them at different times andsay you dont appreciate alexa talking about erin, or erin talking about alexa, to you because you are best friends with them both! well in my opinion, they arent best friends....i have jsut graduated from high school and best friends is a term that is used with no meaning..one day u have a best friend and then nesxt week you hate her!it is sooo hard to find a TRUE best friend...but these friends u had werent them! I promise you there are people out there that are meant for u to be with! That would drop something to come be with you, that will drop by just to say cuz they misss ya...ya know! i know it hurts really bad being disses, but i wouldnt worry because it doesnt seem like they are worth ur time...i know ull do better!!!! I have had this friend for a really really long time. i am ova her house like almost every weekend and we r soooooo close. people actually think we r twin sisters. but lately this girl has really gotten on my nerves. she sings when she doesnt kno the words and she is a horrible singer and she always treats my sister like crap and when i say something to her sister she tells me not to talk to her like that. i dont kno wether i should tell r not!!! Ok...I met these people maybe a month ago, and i really went to talk 2 this guy and then i found out that he had a sister my age (cuz he's 2 years older than me) and she started hanging out with me. Having friendships, and boyfriends are just hard in the first place. You just have to reassure that your friend that your heart is in the right place for both relationships. Try to spend even amount of time together, and maybe if you wanna hang withher have her go to your house or go out so her brother isnt a distraction to you, and take away from "her" time! Maybe you guys need to take some time apart to just cool off. Usually that helps! If not you ned to all get together and just discuss your problems. I think in the end it will all work out, someone just has to make the effort to try and help you guys, and if thats you they will all aprreciate you more in the end! Good luck!

I used to be popular with a lot of friends but now I gave all that up about a year ago cuz the people were so stuck up. And now I have like no freinds....I dont even know if I have one and I have a boyfriend who I love soooooo much and weve been together for 7 months and I wish i had some real friends tho.... WOW HUNNY! I swear that was me ALL Through high school!!! I have a boyfriend who loves me unconditionally and taught me sooo much about myself. I have ONE best friend too! She has gotten me through alot! Ya i did hang out with all the popular people but i never really fit in all my years in high school. Not that they were rude or anything to me, it was just i felt as if i never belonged and that my morals were different. My advice is to be yourself! Meet new people! It makes you feel great inside when you can make someones day by just bein nice and saying Hi to a stranger! Im sure there are plenty of people out there that you will be GREAT friends with! You just need to look out for the right ones! ALl i can preach to you is stay true to yourself, because when you are not and all fall into bad things, its hard to find yourself again! good luck and if you need help you can always ask me ?'s!

I have a friend who is kinda in movies and t.v. shows, what gift should I send her.

If you know her favorite actress you can write to the fan club. Send a self addressed stamped envelope with a letter saying how much your friends adores her and stuff and ask for a signed picture to send back! I know someone who did this, and filled a photo album for a friend it was AMAZING! GOOD LUCK!
