Ok,for Halloween my friend Lisa suggested I dress up as a French Maid.And I did,I went the whole nine yards shaved legs,high heels,makeup everything.Now all my friends think I'm gay.The worst part of all this is that I really enjoyed being all dressed up.I had a long talk with Lisa about this and she said the reason why she suggested the costume was because she always thought I was a bit girly she said if I wanted to she will help me shop for clothes and stuff.The problem is if I do this everyone will def think I'm gay.I'm so confused I just don't know what to do.Thanks for Listening. Well, my question for you is, are you male or female? if you're a male, I get the vibe that you are in fact "confused" as you say. And you shouldn't do things based on others opinions. If you're a female, I find it very, very odd that you're friends said you're gay. That's ridiculous. Hope I helped!! :)

Okay, as childish as this might sound, I needed to ask it anyways. I'm 15 female, and this other girl named; Rachael is 14. Rachael rides my bus & she was my first friend at school. I just recently moved here, she was/still is a loner too! After about a month she really started to annoy me, & I guess you could say I really don't like her AT ALL. But, she still follows me around, talks to me, etc. I'm not mean to her though - Seen as; I'm nothing like that. I'm seriously one of the nicest people alive. I really don't like to yell at people but if it becomes necessary, then I do. Today on the bus she took my purse because stupid me left it in the seat while I went back to my locker to get a book. When I got back she said, "I threw your purse out the window! Your love took the purse I don't have it!" Which really pissed me off. I asked her nicely for about 5 minutes, then I just lost it and totally flipped out, I really wanted my purse back & I knew she had it. She gave it back 10 mins after that and I ignored her the rest of the way home. When she asked if I was mad at her I said no, because I think it might seem childish if I were to say yes because she stole my purse & I defintiely didn't want to be the immature one in the situation. I was wondering, if I did right? Did it seem childish of me not to talk to her, or do you think that I did right? Thanks!!

Well if you're angry, you're angry. People change and friends drift apart. She should've given you your purse back when it was obvious you really were angry and she didn't. I personally would have told her I was mad but that's just me. Sometimes people don't feel like fighting I guess. It wasn't childish I'd probably have ignored her too. Hope I helped!

okay...this may seem strange but it feels like all my friends are turning on me...I had my 13th birthday party on sunday and invited 20 of my clostest firends to my house and well sunday came and only 12 showed up...these ppl i know have to be my rly clostest firends but here are the reasons for why most of them couldnt come
Me: hey maria are you coming to my party on sunday
Maria: no sorry i cant because im grounded
Me: oh so you arent going to Karissas the day befroe?
Maria: oh well i can go to that one and that one only

There's a 'rock event' (like a disco but with rock music) that goes on in my town every month or so, and most of my mates go to it. Out of the seven of us, five go (I don't). This place has a really bad rep. and most people who go there drink, smoke and do drugs, but of course my friends parents have NO IDEA about this. All of my five friends who go have gotten into smoking, and two of them are serious binge drinkers. One guy I know but am not great friends with also goes to this place and has gotten into illegal drugs, as has one girl I was kinda 'hi in the hallway' friends with, and she got expelled and charged by the police for it. Now my problem is, I will NOT stand by and watch my friends slowly kill themselves with a load of alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, but how can I stop them? I can't say anything about how dangerous it is because that's like preaching and they know the dangers but don't care. I am thinking of breaking friends with them...three of them are moving into my house in a couple of months and I have told the two of them moving in with me that smoke and drink that they can forget moving in if they think they can smoke in my house and they just laughed. I don't want to preach and I know if they don't want to stop I can't make them...but what do you think I should do? I am NOT standing by and watching them die. There's also the added problem that I am extremely asthmatic and being in a house with smokers would (I've checked this with a doctor) kill me within a month, but my friends won't listen to this either. I love them all loads but I am not putting up with this any more and I am not putting my life on the line because they are too selfish to stop smoking. CAN I make them see sense? Or should I just break friends and move on?

You seem like a really great person, that really cares for their friends. Well, I hate saying this, but it seems your friends don't care about you as much as you care about them. You could tell their parents what's going on, that may possibly get them to stop this. Otherwise, just forget them and move on, cause if they don't care about you like you care about them, then they aren't worth any of your time.

i was going out with this guy john secretly (i broke up with him though) b/c my friend alexia said taht if i went out with him then she would turn everybody against me. i didn't think that was fair so i went out with him secretly. but she found out and so did the whole school. i denied it but john didn't. everyone beleved me. but then my friend set me up and alexia was on the line listening. now she is REALLY PISSED at me. she is hella mad and might drop me as a friend and turn the whole school against me. she even said she was thinkn about it. i dont know what to do b/c SHE WILL turn everyone against me. she's already done it to some people. i just really dont know what to do. im not blaming anyone but myself. Apparently, Alexia is NOT your friend. Forget about her, and you shouldn't have broken up with your guy just because some chick will get pissed at you, she's just jealous. Don't blame yourself on this! Just know who your true friends really are. And if everyone believes this Alexia loser, then they have a hek of a ride to get on. She's a low-life, sceming, prick. And you can tell her I said so, lol. If you really like John, then go back out with him. If YOU like him, then that's all that really even matters.

okay..well there is this boy in my class named "Collin" and collin and me are best friends..and we tell eachother everything..and well he tells me that he likes some else..but he cant tell me right now..and he and me always flirt..and all my friends think i like him and he likes me..the problem is i dont think i like him..i used too..but i just cant figure out my feelings at the moment..i mean..should i try to tell him that i might have feelings for him..or dont tell him at all..and does it seem from this thing..that he likes me?! i need help! thanks! xo (link)

I've been best friends with a girl named Kaitlin for over 11 years now and we're both 16 (I'm a girl too btw). Lately she's been so consumed with her social status that she doesn't even talk to me or even look at me anymore because I'm not "cool enough". We both play on the volleyball team and she really isn't a very good player, but she gets really jealous because I always play all the time and I got moved up to varsity this year while she didn't. I get the feeling that she talks behind my back because now the whole volleyball team hates me and I'm naturally a very quiet person so I don't know why they'd have any reason to dislike me. I don't have very many other friends. It's really hard for me to talk to other people, and I don't want to be friends with Kaitlin anymore. What do I do? And should I try to get revenge? Apparently this girl really is no "friend" at all. Maybe you two should sit down and talk this whole thing over. And maybe you should try to make new, nice friends. But don't stay friends with this girl, she's just trouble.

My best friend in 5th-8th grade, Charles promised me that he would go to our Freshmen dance no matter what! And now that it's ninth grade, it's in like 2 months. My friend Amanda asked me this morning on the bus who I was going to the dance with and I said Charles and then she goes and asks him 1st period if he'll go with her!! HE said he'll dance with her! That makes me so mad. Me & Charles haave talked about it, and he said if it gets that big of a deal he's not going to go anyways. Well it doesn't seem like Amanda is a very good friend. Charles didn't say he was going to take Amanda, all he said was that he was going to dance with her. Don't make to much of an issue over it, cause then he won't go at all.
