Ilove to help people with their problems, I uusally am good with female problems, but SOME men problems I can handle, like if it's a medical problem for males... I really can't help you in that category, but if it's like relation ship problems and stuff like that then I would be one of the best people to ask!
I hope that when I give advice it is very helpful and helps the person have a better life! I hope my advice touches the world! and shows others that helping out not only makes you feel good about yoursalf but makes you proud that the person is happy!

My best friend that I met last year...wellll
we arn't that close anymore. Over the summer we were always busy so we couldn't see each other. Now in school she's always hanging out with her friends... I try to get included and talk to her... but it seems like she doesnt want to be around me. I tried talking to her, but she just acts all weird and pretends theres nothing wrong. I feel like we are seperating from each other and I really dont want that to happen. I need advice! (link)

My friend Kristen, she's a hostess at a Mexican restaurant called Mario's. She asked me if I wanted to apply there, because the managers wanted to have two hostesses. & I of course said yes. I only work Fridays & Saturdays, and obviously Kristen would be my trainer.
She's a really good friend of mine & I thought taking this job would be AWESOME, because we don't really have to work that much, but we'll get money for it, and it seemed EASY.
Yesterday was my second day, and the entire time she was bitching and complaining about how bad I was at hostessing, and how I should quit. She kept telling our manager that she had told me a dozen times of how to do something, whenever she hadn't even told me once.
She kept saying she was kidding, but the entire time it ruined like my self esteem and I felt like crap because she would yell at me and ignore me when I had a question. I kept telling her to stop being mean because I wasn't doing anything wrong, but she just continued doing it.
Now, I'm completely confused on where to go from there, what should I do? I want to quit, every inch of me is telling me to do it, but I can't get a job anywhere else.

Ok, my boyfriend loves me like alot. He's always telling me how much he loves me and is always wanting to get me stuff. He gives me goosbumps and smiles at me all the time. I smile back, but for some reason I just dont feel like Im giving him the same love he gives me. And when I'm around him and have nothing to say, I call him names like retard, loser, and stuff like that. He hates it when I do that but I cant stop. Yet he still loves me and would give the world for me. What do I do? I dont feel like a good girlfriend. (link)

ok well one of my best friends, katie, has been hanging out with this older guy a LOT, named adam. katie & i are freshmen in high school, and adam is a junior, which i think is kinda a big age difference esp. in high school. well the two of them go over eachothers houses n walk home from school holding hands and he always has his arm around her waist in the hallway when he walks her to every class. but according to katie they are not going out or bf/gf or whatever, but everyone knows they like eachother. i personally think hes using her 1. cause shes pretty, naive, and likes him 2. to get back at his ex 3. to have sex with her eventually... well okay so all my friends and i think that adam's trouble. he gets drunk every weekend according to his myspace, which is bad in my point of view because since katies such a great friend i wouldnt want her to start doing that just cuz he does, since shes been changing herself to get him to like him more. also i mean her parents r way overprotective so she tells them that shes at a friends house when really shes hanging out with adam. she never lied to her parents before now. and i must sound like a total goody goody but its because i dont want her to do anything stupid, especially with or because him. and also he has had sex before so i think he is only with her for that since he's a typical guy. anyways, i would love some support or ways to tell my friend that this guy is a **total** jerk. thanks in advance ♥!!! confront your friend and tell her what you think of this guy, and how you think he's using her, tell her something bad could happen if she continues on seeing him, and if she barks at you for confronting her, maybe you're better off without her you know?

ask them why they're acting like this, tell them that it hurts your feelings badly when they do this. also if things don't work out and they treat you the same again then I would stop being friends with them

okay.i am a 15 year old sophmore and i have this friend who is a guy. we are really basically best friends since kindergarden. in kindergarden i would kiss him everyday and i considered him my "boyfriend", lol. but ever since 8th grade i have had feelings for him that i would consider more than a friend feeling. i never said anything in 8th grade because one of my bestfriends liked him for a while. but then in freshman year she no longer liked him anymore. and towards the end of the school year he actually had the same feeling for me. but it turned out to not work out because he said it was like a week untill summer vacation and i wouldnt really see him that often and he didnt want to ruin our friendship because we have a great one. but this year i had the feeling that he still liked me because he would flirt with me all the time. but then he is now dating another girl who i really do not believe things will work out with. but my question is that do you think i should tell him my feelings toward him? im not sure because he is dating a girl who he seems to like but i really want to let him know how i feel. and the girl he is dating is one of my semi-good friends too so i wouldnt want to hurt her either. but i dont know. i just want to know if there is a chance of us ever being together. but i dont know how i would talk to him about this. i need advice on what i would say. or the fact that i should even say anything at all. im just so confused.

you should tell him how you feel and that you REALLY want to be with him. and that you don't think the other girl is right for him. and that you are. and if it still doesn't work, get over him. there's many more fish in the sea.
