Hi, I'm Sophie. Welcome to my advice column!
I know I'm only fourteen and you may think that I know practically nothing, but I've been through a lot for a fourteen-year-old and I've seen a lot of things that other fourteen-year-olds haven't.
I've been depressed before and I've been through stages of my life where I've had nobody to talk to and nobody to turn to. I know how tough it is, so I suppose that's why I signed up for this site.
I want to help others who aren't as fortunate as I am now.
I'll try and help with whatever I can. I'm just starting out on here but soon hopefully my personal page will be slightly nicer to look at and stuff.

I know how you feel because I've been in the situation before.
If the relationahip she's in now is not serious OR you think that she might still like you, I'd tell her. You've got nothing to lose. After you've told her, you're going to have a good answer or a bad answer. If it's good then great-you've got everything you wanted. And if it's not, then though it's not great, you're in no worse of a situation than you were before. If you don't tell her, you'll regret it.

To get motivated with homework and stuff, listen to your favourite music while you're doing it.
For general motivation and stuff, give yourself one night off a week. On that night, do no homework, have a big bubble bath and eat lots. You will (or should, anyway) feel totally revived by the next day and ready to ork hard.
