Okay, I live in Florida, and my prom is on May 10, 2008.

White shoes would look nice, but a word of advice - don't spend too much on your shoes and don't wear heels!
Most girls, once they're at prom, end up taking their shoes off anyway (trust me, mine was on April 5th) and even wearing flats is mad killer. I wore flats, my friends wore heels. We were all dying - and we had to walk up stairs... but yeah.

It doesn't matter what color your hair is, really. So... why would it matter if your hair is blonde? It doesn't, really.
As for it being at your shoulders - you'd have to do a shorter version of that, or get extensions.

Then don't get extensions, but you won't be able to copy that girls hairstyle. You need to be pretty sure about what you want before you do something - if you aren't, you're really going to hate it when you're done. As for hair extensions - if you do get them, opt for the ones that you get done professionally. Home done extensions often look like trash. I've seen one too many extension disasters.

How does pink and purple have anything to do with "emo" hair. Basically, most of the time, "emo" hair is an accident. Too many cuts, enough pixie tipping... snorting coke. (Totally joking about the last one.)

It depends on your hair type, your willingness to style, style, style - you can't have "messy and completely beautiful" just magically within a haircut. It's a hair STYLE.

Anyway! Conclusion:
Look through magazines and websites, and find your own thing. You don't want to copy that girl's hair. It's not original, and without knowing how thick/thin coarse/soft her hair is, you'll never know if you're even able to do that kind of hairstyle.
(One of my friends has something similar, and she's trying to grow some of the layers out - she says it's "hell in a headlock." and that she "looks like David Bowie in Labyrinth on cocaine - only less blonde.")
Do something original!
(And I'm seriously not trying to knock emo hair, I have the worst example of it myself, as do many of my friends.)

like, one day i asked my mom why i have bags under my eyes and she said it was because its basically hereditary and even if you get enough sleep its still gonna be there.
so i was wondering if there was any way to maybe get rid of it or make it visually less noticeable to me and to others.

My little sister and a few of my uncles have these "hereditary bags" that you speak of.
It's an iron deficency.
I'm not saying that's what you have (though asking your doctor about iron deficiencies or the effect of lack of iron in your body is a good idea) but it's a possibility.
Taking vitamins rich in iron would help a lot.

im thinking about getting a monroe piercing. i curently have my lip and my nose done, both on the left side. if i got my monroe done, which side would look better, the left or the right? the right probably, becuase i have two on the other side, huh? i dont really know, any opinions would be great=]

The right side, you need some balance on your face. Hah.
My cousin has hers done and has a nose ring and snakebites, and did it all herself, she also did her best friends (and my lip at one point) she says it feels the same as doing your lip.

Ok, so I really really really want a lip piercing and I have for a while. I've already looked at alot of stuff about them and I've asked people I know, so I know the risks already. I asked my mom if I could get one, but she keeps saying no, and she doesnt even have a reason. I already told her that I would pay for it. How could I convince her to let me get my lip pierced?

When I first asked for a lip piercing my parents told me "no, it's my face until you're eighteen."
Basically the lamest excuse ever.
All it took to get them to agree was telling them exactly why I wanted it - showing them that it wasn't just some random notion that I came up with.
If all else fails tell her she's putting a kink in your hose of free expression.
Also - after I pierced my lip, I decided that it was too much to worry about, so I took it out. Make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you WANT the piercing and you won't TAKE IT OUT in TWO DAYS.
Or you're wasting your time.
If she says no again, don't push it.
The more you complain, the less chance there is of her saying yes.

Ok, me being extremly stuped chose to dye my hair black, cuz it would go with my look. At first i loved it and so did my mom and every one. To tell you the straight up truth real damned fast:
It's going to turn red. But! It'll be okay.
You can strip your hair, basically it takes all the color out. When my cousin (went from blonde to black and then back again) stripped hers it turned red - then she bleached it. I think she did it a couple of times.
It'll look a little red-yellowy for awhile - but from there it should be easier to get back to your natural color.

well my hair is currently dark brown but underneath it is dark red. and so i wanna dye it blue and or purple. only like tips or streaks havent decided yet. i got this blue stuff at hot topic and it came out. so anyone know of any inexpensive blue and or purple hair dyes that will last a while? and where mite i get these?
also i want to pierce my ears. i already have both ears pierced but i want a second piercing like right above. can i do this myelf with a needle or will that cause an infection? haah my first piercings hurt rite now cuz i shoved a 12 gage into them yesterday. im gonna stretch em out till maybe an 8 gage. so yea. thanx peeps. you rock. ;] (link)

Make sure the dye says that it's permanent. Most of the dye at Hot Topic is semi-permanent or washable. You may want to look at any beauty wholesaler - or buy online. I've also heard that if you use semi-permanent and mix it with a bit of conditioner it'll stay in longer.
As for piercing your own ears - as long as you're careful, you clean the needle, and you don't force earrings in before the hole is ready AND YOU CLEAN IT A LOT, you should be fine.
I pierced my own ears the second time. (I've also done my lip and taken it out - kanka is a life saver! Never ever pierce your lip by yourself). The one on the left is way off from the lobe piercing - almost too close to the edge. Try to avoid this by having someone help you/marking the area with a pen.
But there's always chance of infection when you pierce anything yourself.

Pink and brown look good together. You don't want to wear too much brown.
Red and pink, however, in my opinion, look kind of silly together.
Black also does not match brown (*shakes finger at other answer*)

for a couple months ive been dying my hair lighter with one of those dying kits you can get at a pharmacy, and now i want to get the color out and go back to my natural color...i dont want to try and dye it back though becuase i have no idea what my natural color is anymore, and i dont want to spend a lot fo money...

Alright, other than waiting it out and allowing the lighter dye to fade so your natural hair color comes back - here's what I did.
My hair is brown, and when it's in it's natural state it's several different colors of brown.
I dyed my hair an "intense auburn" color - it was nice, but I was tired of dying and re-dying my hair due to how fast it grew out. It would go from this dark, rich reddish-brown color to funky-light red.
So what did I do?
I had my mother go buy me the most basic brown she could find (now, mine turned out to be mahogany, and it has a slight red tint to it, but it also kept changing from red back to brown from looking so odd.) My brown was also a little darker than my natural hair color - that way when it started fading out it looked more natural.
It worked for me, I hope it works for you.
