First off that's my special man friend with me way back from high school, and been dating now for almost four years now. Yeah he's pretty spectacular, and I love him to pieces, and that's all I have to say about that. I'm a full time college student and working on my gen ed, but I would like to get my bachelor's in gerontology and eventually get my nursing license. In fact I work at a nursing home now as a CNA and I love it so much. Anyways ask questions if you want. I'll try to help you out anyway I can. I love helping people after all. :)

ok im 13 f and i really want a new wardrobe because ive been starting to stop wearing hollister and aeropostel and start moving on to like forever 21 wet seal etc. so i really want more clothes but my mom thinks i have enough clothes but i really want newer clothes since mostly all my shirts say hollister and aero and stuff like that. but she still will say no but i really want to have a better style and not as boring especially for winter? what are some ways i can get her to get me newer clothes and go shopping??

Why not go hit up some thrift stores? A lot of the time they still have the tags on them. Or you could trade with your friends. I'm sure they have stuff that you like. :)

I suggest not getting one at all. Tattoos are permanent and will never come off except with costly, painful surgery. Even then I don't think they will really ever come off completely. And really if you have to ask people what you should get on your body, it's probably not a good idea if you do it at all. Before you go through something like this it should be completely your idea and nobody else's. It's going to be on your body, not there's.

I have a funeral coming up and I dont have anything to wear. Does anyone know where I can get a black dress for a funeral?

Funerals aren't usually big social events. Nobody will really be that focused on what your wearing. I'd suggest just going to a thrift store and picking something up. Just be sure to wash it really well.

I've been really depressed lately, because I have less friends than I did last year, and I feel really ugly/
my family is broke, so I cant afford and clothes that are cute, and every one tells me Im bad at dressinggg :( cause my only clothes are from the beginning of the year.

And I just feel really REALLY ugly and everything! I need help :( Im so depressed about how I look, and my teeth, and hair, and makeup and clothes (mostly)

Sweetie your beautiful just the way you are and I'm not just saying that. My family is poor to and I really don't have a lot of friends. Friendships come and go, but your true friends will stick by you regardless of what kind of clothes you wear, what kind of makeup you wear, and even what your hair looks like. I have only one real friend who has stuck with me through everything and will always be there for me. If you don't have that now, you will eventually. For advice I'd just say be clean and presentable. And of course be nice. Friendships will come along the way. Besides, do you really want to be friends with somebody just based on the fact of how superficial they are?

I have oily skin. VERY oily skin. I'm looking for a makeup that works. Stays on. Controls shine. Doesn't turn orange. Doesn't cake up. Doesn't gather around pores. Lasts more than 30 minutes.
I can honestly say that my all time favourite is CoverGirl clean Oil Control... but it appears they've stopped selling it in Canada?
If you've trie that one, anything similar? Or, anything really worth it?

No but I use foundation called Neutrogena Blemish control/ Oil control. If oily skin is your only problem they also sell oil wipes where all you have to do is take it and wipe it on your face and it will remove all the oil. Just be sure to clean your face at least twice a day. Anything by Neutrogena is good to use.

What Do I Wear To A Valentines Day Party? Thats Not A Dress? Thanx!

Yeah. I hate dresses!! I suggest you should maybe wear like a cute tube top and a cute pair of jeans. Anything like that would be adorable. Maybe fix your hair up really cute like curl it. You could even wear like a cute camisole with a cute pair of dress pants or something like that. Ask your friends what there wearing to get some more ideas. You should maybe get more info about the party to see how dressy it is.

You can't really make your hair thicker, but you can make it appear thicker. Keep it in one layer and not more than one. People think that having layers make your hair look thicker but it doesn't. Try the volumizing shampoo like Dove. You could also try Spray Gel like Garnie.

can a sunburn on your face cause acne?

No. But it can irritate your face and give you blisters. THe blisters from the sunburn could give you acne though. From my expierence anyway. Different things irritate peoples differently. I still wouldn't go out without sunblock though. You could get skin cancer which is totally seperate from acne. You can't die from acne.

Tomorrow I want to wear my hair curly for a change since it is always pin straight. I tried srunching my hair and my hair doesn't scrunch! I used good products too and it never works. A curling iron doesn't curl my hair! I know that sounds weird but it doesn't. And I have a good brand. What are other ways to make my hair curly for school tomorrow? Don't tell me to put it in braids because that messes up my hair.

Try using bobby pins. I know it sounds old fashioned but it works. What you do is wash your your the night before or just wet it. Then twist your hair. Seperate however much you want curled. And then put a pin in it.

my skin WAS usually somewhat clear...i had some acne, but nothing bad. well, i decided to take care of the acne i had and get rid of it. my acne is just WORSE now. the products i have used recently are Nature's Cure for Females, over the counter benzoyl peroxide by neutrogena, and makeup by Lancome Paris to cover. I am not sure which one of these is the culprit? How can stuf thats supposed to get rid of acne be making me break out TONS...please give me some tips on a skin care regimen that WONT make me break out and that will help me clear up my acne!!!

Well I guess different things work for different people. When I used the Nature's Cure for Females, it helped me a lot. What also really helped me was the "pill". It actually really helps. Even though it's not a cream or ointment, it helps. What it does is it settles down your hormones, which is a big plus because when you have acne it's usually because your hormones are out of control. Also I would go to a dermatologist and get something like Retina-Micro. Helps a lot. A lot of my friends also told me Proactive helped them a lot. It didn't me though. But I would still try it.
