just put some lemon juice in a bottle and add a little water, spray it in wet hair and then lay in the sun, it is supposed to bring out your natural highlights

Q: 13F (4'10 and 85lbs) I really really want to get my belly button peirced, the thing is my mom said no I think I'm old enough but she doesn't. DO NOT peirce it yourself, you could TOTALLY mess up your body, trust me i know a couple of people who have tried, also, dont threaten to do it yourself to your mom, she'll just think your too immatture, just find a couple reasons why you think you should get one and tell her

i just googled it and some ways i found are:
~use olive oil everynight before you go to bed it might take a while but u will notice in a week
~use mane n tale conditioner for the spots were you need to grow hair but you might break-out a litle
~put lotion on them every night
