I'm dying my hair tomorrow, (permanent)blonde and I don't know if I should wash my hair tonight when I'm gonna shower/bath. I heard its better for the dye to sink/stay in oily hair then fresh dry. Is that true? I haven't washed it for 3 days. Thanks in advance. :-)

My Uncle is a hair dresser so i know all this stuff ;-) and i get my hair highlighted.
its okay to shower when they say it doesnt work as well on fresh hair they mean it doesnt work well if you showered like an hour before or something like that. but i would soo wash your hair since you havent washed your hair in 3 days that makes you very prone to a break out on your face =)

what are some really good mascara that is cheap (likebelow $10) that i can find at the store that seperates your eyelashes and makes them thicker/longer ?

I absolutely LOVE Revlon the kind i use is water proof. let me go get it so i can see what its called... haha . um okay its Revlon Lash-Fantasy Waterproof mascara.. its great it has a white primer to lengthen thicken and seperate lashes and then the other side has the color! its the only kind i will EVER use and its only like 5 bucks

Are their any clothing styles that make your breasts look bigger? Like bras and t-shirts and stuff. I heard V necks make an illusion of bigger boobs but i don't know. Please help me.

one of my friends said that her 16 year old sister did like 50 push ups a day and her boobs grew a cup size bigger in about a year. you could try that or just do what everybody else is saying with the bra and tight shirts =)

One of my guy friends wants me to streak his hair blond. I've never dyed a guy's hair before so I don't know what to do. He's Spanish and has really dark hair. It's not like I can use foil or a cap like I do with my girlfriends because his hair is too short (he just got it cut and it's longer on the top and shorter on the bottom but even the longer part can be spiked but they'll be really small spikes).
Does anyone have any advice/websites that will give me an idea on how to do it?

my uncle works in a salon and whenever peoples hair is to short to highlight with foil he puts on gloves and just like paints their hair with the little brush thing. and i also did that to my dad and i just put it on my fingers (with gloves on) and kind of rubbed it on there like kind of spiking his hair with the dye on my fingers.

i absolutely LOVE skintimate like all the different fruity sweet scents. like the green apple and stuff! and for lotion my favorites are warm vanilla sugar from bath && body works or lovespell from victoria secrets. but if you get lovespell dont put to much on or else it gets really strong and if i smell it too much i get a headache but it smells soo sweet! but with shaving your legs to make them really really smoothe shave with hair conditioner cream stuff that works the best!

OK i am 14 now and my hole life i have never cut my hair ewell i mean trims and when i got gum in it but thts diff. ok its dirtyblond brownish. and past my hips. and lots of people think i should cut it but others think i should leave it alown. and it looks really good when i curl it or what ever but i don't know cus i don't look at it from other peoples point of view so I don't know what i should do with it cut it or no. and also if you have any ideas about stuff i can do with it like styling it like other than down and ponytails. please help

i think you should cut about 10 inches off and give it to locks of love. getting your hair cut/trimmed often is good for your hair and it helps it grow quicker.
and for hairstyles you can always put it in a half ponytail.

i want to get my belly button pierced but should i get it on the top or bottom.. i know a lot of people have it on the top of the belly button but how about on the bottom.. will it still look good and do people have the bottom pierced?

i would stick with the top.....if you had a dangley belly ring it wouldnt look good on the bottom. but im not totally sure about that!

i'm dying my hair red. what is a good kind of dye to use? my sister is going to do it. and it needs to be inexpensive from walmart.

first of all that stuff you buy from wal-mart will totally mess up your hair if you dont do it right. it also screws up your hair in general. i did it. and then i went to my salon and they got really really mad at me! they said it messed up like the ends and its just not good for it. also i have family in the hair salon business and they totally dont recommend it. neither do i. so i say go to a salon. and if you dont want in permanent then ask for a temporary color. thats what i do w/ my red highlights for the winter =) this probably isnt the answer that you want. but its the best i can give..

I took my first school picture..
the eye doctor said that after getting my first glasses this summer my eyes might get a little light sensitive
they got REALLY light sensitive on picture day.
I ended up blinking in my school picture.
I freaked out, then took retakes.
They came back today.. eyes closed.
I already talked to the yearbook sponsor. She said that I can bring in a picture of me and they'll scan it into the yearbook.
But there will be a different background and stuff and it will be at the end of the yearbook.
I have this AMAzing picture of me and i want to put it in, but i'm not sure if people will laugh at me or anything or talk about it if it sticks out.
Should I have stick out or not have a picture in there at all?
I rate 5s for constructive answers.

i would put in that "amazing picture" it doesnt matter what the background looks like. if its so amazing dont you want it to stand out! i mean you dont want to be exactly like everybody else! you've got to be different some time or another!

How do I made a messy bun so it stays in place?
It always slip out after a cuouple of minutes..or directly if I run =/
Sometimes it ends up being a ponytail ;P
What am I doing wrong!?

wrap ur hairtie around ur hair once and then the second time half way threw and for the third time like wrap that lil bun part in half and then include the lil parts that are in front. uhh i dont think that makes much sense but i did it a couple of minutes ago =)

sometimes its the hair scrunchy..i use to use the little thin ones. i always redid my hair like every 10 minutes and then i realized that it was too thin..so try a thicker hair tie. or even two...

why do people like to follow fashion trends?

some people just like to blend in or some just want to be a leader...i follow trends..but not all of them. I HATE UGGS! and almost everybody has them but i dont =) i guess when you follow trends it makes you feel like part of a group and it makes you feel less weird!
