For fewer than 50 bucks I'd get brands like Cover Girl, Revlon, Maybelline, and things you can find at drugs stores. They're still good and not as expensive as make-up at Sephora or something like that. Although, the actual Sephora brand isn't that expensive at all. The Clinique, Dior, Hard Candy, etc. is the pricey stuff.

i dont think you can really get good stuff for all under 50..but if your willing to spend a bit more than i would use either laura mercier eye liner or M.A.C - i use both and they work really well, and if u want a liquid eye liner i like the chanel one that looks like a pen-and theres this really good shine control stuff at lancome in the blue tube i dont what its called but just ask the lady and shell know, and i use bobbi brown conceler which works really well and trish mcavoy tinted mouisteriser and for powder i use trish mcavoy...and the best masscara is deff. the lamcome one whick is in like a squre tube you can get all this at either saks, nordstroms, or niemans...all that stuffs kinda expensive but itll be worth your money! hope i helped! =)
