Q: What is the phone called that verizon has thats Samsung and flips 2 ways? And do they have it for cingular? If not, are they going to have it at singular?

Cingular will get the motorola rizr eventually but there best new phone coming out is going to be the iphone.

The phone that flips two ways is actually for sprint and is called the "upstage"

If somebody kills a pregnant woman, then why would they ever be charged for two murders, instead of one? It seems to be in conflict with laws that permit an abortion. A woman can legally choose whether or not the baby can grow, develop, and live within her. If somebody makes that same choice by killing the mother, then wouldn't it make sense that only murder was made, not two? I'm not arguing for or against abortion, but rather don't see how these two laws can remain in effect when they contradict each other. Any information would be helpful, thank you.

With out getting into a debate about abortion, the charging of two murders instead of one is just a stunt that the prosecution uses to make headlines and bring more drama to a court room. Saying a person killed a woman and her baby (born or unborn) pulls on the emotional strings of a jury which is sometimes necessary to get the conviction. The penalty for murder is the same whether you kill one person or two. The only time it matter is if the two murders happened in different circumstances and then you can be convicted twice with sentences to run concurrent or sequencial which can double the time spent in prison before possibility of parole.

Brad Pitt is too good looking, So is Johnny Depp. But anyone else I would list is someone who is good looking in my opinion but maybe not in yours.

Conventionally is going to mean they are tall, well built, good hair, with no majorly outstanding features like a big nose, or a weak chin.

If they serve you and you don't do anything dumb(like try to drive or vandalize stuff) there won't be a problem. Even thought you're a tourist you're still your parents responsibility, if you do get caught they will just take you to your parents and chastise them for letting you out of their sight.

Q: Hello. I had no clue what category this would go under. I was going to look to see if anyone else has asked this before, but I wasn't sure where they would've put it. My lips are burning really bad right now and they usually don't this much. I use just regular chapstick a lot throughout the day and I put a lot of it on. I use the mint, cherry and strawberry kind. Sometimes the regular kind too. I don't know if there's any chapstick or lip gloss that has made your lips really soft before, to where they're not chapped often or even burning. If anyone knows please let me know asap! I'll be going to the store soon. Thank you very much. Oh and it's not that my lips are chapped. They're soft, but right now they're burning. So I just want something really good that you've used before.

So, I'm not very hairy like everywhere, but on my arms its SUPER HAIRY. Some of the hair is over an inch!! I don't want to shave it bcause it'll grow back dark and thick. But I don't know what to do!! I definetly do not want the hairy arms i have now.

any advice I can do to make them less hairy?

you're born with what you're born with, but its a lie that if you shave it will grow back thicker and darker. Hair on your arms grows very slowly so you could shave and there would be nothing visible for months.

Q: I recently received the MOTORAZR V3xx (it's from cingular and it's the razor that has mp3 on it.) It charges fine as long as it has somewhat of a charge. The problem is that when my phone dies and there is no charge on it it won't charge. When it dies and I first plug it in it will say charging at first and then say unable to charge. After that the red light on the phone that goes on when the phone is charging remains on, but the phone doesnt do anything. Sometimes it will blink to like a white screen, but other than that it doesnt do anything. Since I've had my phone this happened again the last time that it died, and my mom brought it to the cingular store and they replaced the battery. I can't just bring it to the store though and buy a new battery eveytime it dies like this, is there anything that I could do? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated =]

all cell phones (including yours) have a one year manufacturers warranty. Since they replaced the battery and this is still happening, take it back to Cingular and let them reload the software on the phone itself.

If it still happens make them replace the phone. The is a warranty department that will do this. You (or your mom) will call them, they will send you the replacement in the mail, then you will send your phone back to them in the mail.

to add to the previous answer(all correct) during the latter years lynching went from a public spectacle to something done out of sight so there were many black men "lynched" but it was never reported or recorded. So this further blurs any true analysis of any figures that could be produced so using this statistic to prove a point would be weak at best.

You want to do something rebellious? First, I would have to ask why? Second, I would ask, why do you think screwing with YOUR BRAIN is rebellious? To be truly rebellious, screw with THEIR brain, whom-ever you are rebelling against.

Want to do something temporary that will screw with people? you should all shave your heads and paint then a specific color. It's temporary, rebellious, and there is nothing they can do about it once you've done it and it will be a constant reminder to them that you can do things they have no control over till it grows back.

Q: I need to know the phobia names of the following:

-being afraid of like, being watched. like if i was sitting in my room, and i looked out my window, and saw this guy that was watching me. also, i sleep with my back towards everything & like my face towards the wall, so no one (if anyone) can see my face.

aquaphobia is a fear of deep water or water in general but there is no specific phobia for being next to tall things in the water. If you're not afraid of tall things on the land but you are in the water. It's the water that's making you fear.

letting a mess build up, is procrastination, freaking out when realization comes is a stress response not a phobia.

for every thing you are explaining use a real life type example. If you have already done this, then for some of the things you're describing use TWO examples. Describing examples is always a very wordy thing.

I don't type properly but I don't type in like a weird way or anything but my cousin was in high school and he's like if you don't type properly the teacher can give you a low mark in computer class.

the previous answer was perfect. and the rest is natural. you reach what ever letter is closest to that finger and and then return it to the rest postiion. The idea is to know where all the letters, numbers and punctuation is without looking at the keyboard. if you can do that then it's just a matter of practice so you get fast. As far as being marked down, you get marked down for errors in spelling just like you would if you wrote it out by hand.

i have seen a preganancy test for sale at a mini-mart gas station but it was out in the middle of nowhere and served as a quasi-type general store also.

local drugstore is your best bet and no there is not an age requirement unless that store decides to impose one.

Q: I'm not completely sure of my eye color. I'm "iffy" on the classification of it. Is there an eye color chart someone could link me to? I think it's a bluish-green, but I want to be accurate. Thank you for those who respond!

the standard colors for eyes are , brown, blue, hazel, green, black and blue. There are many combinations of this mostly with people with blue green eyes since the lighting which you view the eye color can make it change to more blue or more green.

Q: ok so well today i was taking pictures of me and my friends in the pool and so i kind of got it wet because my hands were wet....i know stupid..and now it turned off and wont turn back on (and no its not dead) i tried drying off the battery and everything. OK so my question is will it work again? or will i have to get it fixed or get a new phone

if its water damage the warranty WILL NOT cover the replacement costs so I hope you have insurance. I work in the cell phone industry and I can tell you that people ruin their phones with water all the time. Even if after letting it sit for a day or two it starts working again it will likely have bad habits like shutting off for now reason, some numbers might not work right and a bunch of other little problems. I recommend getting a new phone (through insurance if you have it) or buy a new one outright and consider this a lesson learned.

Q: Hey, i need serious help, well, one of my best friends does. Her boyfriend is into doing Pot, but, the thing is, he doesnt want to. Is there anything he can do...to like, not do pot, like, chew gum or something...or something odd like that. Getting help by an adult is not an option. Please, any suggestions.

contrary to popular belief, pot is not nearly as addicting as cocaine or tobacco.

If he really doesnt want to smoke it, he should stop. If he hangs out with a bunch of people who do, he needs to get enough courage to say no or stop hanging around those people so the temptation isn't there anymore. Go around with him and make him say to all his friends that smoke, "I want to quit pot, please dont offer me any or let me have any if I ask for some." That way the only access he'll have is if he grows it himself.
