Okay,
well, i have my Domestic Science practical on monday.
Im making couscous [veggie] and have an hour to cook.

Does anyone know what I could make as either a starter or a sweet dish or drink..

If you're looking for a starter, I'd suggest maybe some form of grilled veggies. A side salad would be great too.

As far as a sweet dish, how about a fruit cocktail or fruit salad? And as a drink, you could make fresh juice -- whichever fruits you used in the salad.

fresh made fruit juice is always appreciated, and as a bonus, if the couscous doesn't come out right, the juice will for sure and will help you retain some points.
