so my boyfriend came over yesterday and i was mad at him for something that i really shouldnt have been. i always think hes cheating on me. i get alot of my thoughts through my mom because all my life my mom has accused my dad of cheating when he never does. well when my bf came over i got really pissed off and starting hitting him like smacking,punching,i grabbed his hair and threw him on my bed and continued to hit him. i have NOOOO idea what so ever how this was happening. it was like someone was inside of me controling my arms. well after that happen my bf just held me and i started crying the hardest i have ever cried. i think i have anger problem..ok i KNOW i do. but i dont know how to help it. i was thinking about starting to do yoga or something. my bf thinks i have huge problems and i need to see a therapist not only because i hit him but because im alwaysss thinking hes out sleeping with other people but we havent ever done it! please help me!!! I have had problems like this before...
I started seeing a therapist.
And they said i had depression.
So then that made me feel aweful because thats something ive never thought about...
But they put me on medication and i go to a therapist...
And im doin awesome!
Im back to normal.
Plus boys dont even have to do anything and you get pissed. Thats how me and my bf are hahaha.
Just try a therapist and theyll tell you what they think

Hair grows at a certain rate!
A certain amount a month.
Though trimming your hair will get rim of split ends and make it LOOK healthier....
It wont make your hair grow faster!!!
the ends have NOTHING to do with the scalp when the hair folicals are.
So trimming wont make it grow faster....Just look better!!!

Untreated Depression can get really bad.
And people always say they cnt imagine ever Harming themselves but when you get more and more depressed...You're more likely to hurt yourself....even thinking of suicide.
i would deffinatly talk to a counsellor at school...Maybe they can talk to your parents!
But its a serious condition and when treated youll be back to normal.
But you cant just do nothing and expect it to go away!

I don't know why and it's kinda gross but lately like everyone in my class started wearing thongs instead of underwears and even the teacher! I don't get what's so good about having a peice of string hanging up your ass. Is it like because when you're wearing something that's not jeans that the lines on your thongs wont show up as much as an underwear would? Or is it cheaper or something? (link)

16/f. My boyfriend writes music and he's pretty good at it. However, one of his more recent songs was pretty disturbing-- it was about another girl, a girl "see around school". He's never written a song for me before.
he assures me that it means nothing, that is was the only thing he could think of (that worries me in itself) at the moment, and that he wants to be with me not her.

im really undecided because the sidekick 3 is really cool, my friends have it and i'm in love. it's also huge which is a downside because it's hard to carry. my phone is big enough, and i'm not sure if i want anything bigger.

I love them both!!
I like t-mobile because i havent had problems with them AND their easy to get help from i fu have problems AND you get WAYYYYY more many minutes for WAYYY cheaper.

how come that almost all of the people i know that own sidekicks, only use the sidekick for aim and texting and not as a regular phone? it seems as though most people have a seperate phone for calling people.
but why don't alot of people use the sidekick 3 as a regular phone? is it because of the large size?

The 2 troubles I'm having with in volleyball are Diving and Blocking... so I need advice on that
Diving- is there any way to prevent floor burns and make it easier for my arm to slide on the floor? How do you rollover on your shoulder blade when you've made the pass?
Blocking- I am scared of getting hit in the face, any advice on how to solve this? I also close my eyes when I jump, how do I keep my eyes open?

Okay...
I played for NIKE.
If you complain of your burns they make you roll without Knee pads.
The reason for that is because you really shouldnt be using your knees.
You will end up with knee injuries!!!
You should be going fast enough and low enough to extend and go straight to your hip!
Elbows...It can hurt like hell...
But you do it for the game.
I did it for the team.
I broke my hand In Reno.
But we won! hah! lol

i took 2 advils about two hours ago and it didnt help

If its your sinuses that hurt like in your head..right under your eyes and on your nose and you have a temperature im guessing you have a Sinus Infection!!
I get those ALL the time!!!!!
You will need to go to the doctor for a prescription and then it will go away!

I have SUPER straight hair. Its really silky and it doesnt curl easily and it pulls itself out of curls.

After washing your hair use some kind of curl stuff but not gel because you dont want it stiff....then when its dry go over it with a big curling iron and make big wavy curls!
