the ends have NOTHING to do with the scalp when the hair folicals are.
So trimming wont make it grow faster....Just look better!!!

Make sure to wash your hair often and to get it trimmed ever 4-6 weeks to get rid of split ends, because those are what is causing your hair to grow slower. Rosalina answered Thursday February 22 2007, 6:50 am: a ponytail doesn't affect growing, but if its really tight it can pull hair out. If you're gonna wear all ponys, loosen it a little. don't keep it bound tight.
