Guys' hair doesn't grow faster. Because most guys keep their hair short, their hair growth is just more visible. The average person's hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. On a guy with short hair, 1/2 inch is more noticeable than a girl with hair down to her elbows. Plus, your hair can grow faster when it's short..........

Most guys generally have shorter hair, so when their hair goes even an inch...it appears to have gotten much longer. Girls have longer hair so it's harder to notice a change like that.

The person below me is right, they get their hair trimmed more so thats why it grows faster. However, there isn't really much of a difference if they trimmed their hair ever 4 to 6 weeks. A person's hair on average grows a half of an inch each month.

What makes you think that it does? I don't think there's any difference, if that were really true there'd be a lot more guys with longer hair than girls. Some people just have faster growing hair, because of genetics, diet, overall health, whatever, but it has nothing to do with gender.

Because guys cut it more.
The more often you cut your hair, the faster it grows. Get a trim once a month and it'll grow faster.
