It's so weird, for some reason tonight, I'm so nervous, I can't eat, I can't sit still, and I keep on thinking about what's going to happen at school tomorrow.
The problem is, I have n-o-t-h-i-n-g to be nervous about.
Any advice on how to
a.) calm myself
b.) figure out why I'm so tense/nervous

maybe you think something will happen at school, and it's making you nervous. try taking a long bath to clear your mind of worries. maybe you were stressed out the day before, and it's all the adrenaline is building up so you're worrying about nothing.

i have some anger issues and i cant help but take it out on the guy i like and i think this is why hes not asking me out..do u have any adivce on how to control it?

Try talking to him calmly. It may sound hard, but if you take a deep breath and just say what you have to say, things will be a lot better. Also, try taking out your anger on a pillow. You can punch it, scream at it and you won't be hurting anyone.
