i'm 16/f and i met this kid named greg whos also 16. we've hungout before and i like him, and want to hopefully go out with him, but the thing is, im not sure if he likes me. when we hungout once, he was talking like all up in my face and really close, and he always makes contact with me but i dont know it could be a natural thing. and on aol he always instant messages me first, and hes really nice and i think we have alot in common. Now, the big problem: I think he likes this girl named stephanie. actually im pretty sure he does.
[ i dont want to ask him anything about stephanie, because im not going to assume, so lets just ignore that part. ]
My question(s): what should i do? what should i say to him? How can i talk to him?

Well you need to talk to him about it before he starts REALLY liking the other girl, Stephanie.
So I would just tell him on AOL, so it wont make you uncomfortable. Just tell him, I really enjoyed hanging out with you, I am really starting to like you, and then see what he says, if he says "I like you too" then your good to go, and start talking about hanging out more and maybe in the future becoming more than friends.
But if he changes the subject or just says something completly stupid like "cool" then its best to stay friends and move on. :]

I think he already knows somewhat that you like him thats why he said "blush much?"
guys know you like them when they can make you blush, so just be yourself around him.
tell him you want to hangout outside of school or whatever, or tell him you want him to call you, even if he already calls you every night.
im sure he will take the hint without you having to directly say that you like him

You can tell by the way he treats you. If he talks about sex all the time and how he wants to do things (sexual things) to you, then you know he has no respect for you and its all about sex.
But if he talks about how much you mean to him, then I think you know.
It all depends on the person though.

There is a guy I like and we have been talking for awhile and his 18th birthday is coming up on December 5th. I don't know if I should get him anything. I was thinking I would make him some cookies or something, but then again is that kinda dumb? We are both seniors in high school. I also don't know what to get him for Christmas. If we do end up dating. Even if we don't end up dating, I still want to get him something. I need ideas, he would basically be my first real boyfriend, and I want to get him something that he'll remember me by. Also, he plays football and baseball and likes sports in general. If you could give me any help at all I would appreciate it! (Btw...one idea I had was to make him one of the fleece-tie blankets!?!?)

I think you should just go to the mall and buy something that you think he would like, but nothing too big because he will think your obsessed with him or something, or too clingy.
I think you should just buy him a card, and buy some candies and put it in a gift bag :]

Ok so I have this boyfriend and I like him a lot and I just love to be with him and I know he likes to be with me...I want him to know that he can tell me anything I want him to tell me things that he couldn't even tell his best friend...He likes to joke around a lot and so do I...But when things get serious and I have to tell him something important or talk about a very touchy topic I want him to take it seirously...I just don't feel like I can come to him crying I wnat to be able to do that I just don't know what to do?!?!?! My boyfriend is the same way, I feel like I cant talk to him about anything because he wouldn't understand, but you have to trust him enough to know that he will put his joking side away for a moment and help you get through your problems and when you do that he will understand that your hurt and he will try his best to help you and if he doesn't even care that you're crying... maybe you should reconsider dating someone who doesn't care about that.

It shouldn't really be awkward if your close to him as a person, it will be like the real thing, but maybe its diffrent since you have never met him in real life.
I would just tell him you dont feel comfortable until you get to know him better, or you can just be straight up with him and tell him you've never done it before and you dont want it to seem awkward and usually they help you out :]

but don't get me wrong, your not in love, your in lust.
you're too young to be in love right now, when you get to highschool your going to find many other people who you would want to be with. But as of now, I would just continue talking to the other guy and see what happens.

what I would do is meet him WITH a friend just to be on the safe side, you can never be to sure about people you meet on the internet.

ok so im 16,and i dated this guy for over a year, we had our moments..you know..on and off sometimes...but it always seemed to be ok..i thought that even after what we've been through, and what we're going through, it would get better..but it hasnt..we're recently broken up..and he has a new girlfriend..and this has happened before, and we got back together..i just dont know if i can take it anymore..it hurts to see him with another girl..but, i just dont know what else to do..should i just let him go? he was my first love, i know that sounds corny..but its serious. and i still do love him..but i feel like i just dont care anymore. im done with his crap. but how do i know if what im feeling is just jealousy or anger? i just dont know what to do. thanks in advance. Well im like that with my boyfriend now, I mean.. you have to think about all the good times you have with each other because if you think about all the bad times, then of course your going to be angry with him all the time, and im not saying you shouldnt be jealous of his new girlfriend, but have you ever thought of him dating her just to make you jealous, some guys are like that...
and as for letting him go, just think of everything you two have been through and decide on your own, because its really up to no one but yourself on wether you want to stay with him or not because we arent the ones going to have to put up with him, you are.

usually it depends on how he tries to kiss you, just follow his lead,if he leans in for the kiss, dont back away.. just lean into it also and then if he kisses you with tongue, then you know to use your tongue, its simple! just close your eyes and follow his lead, its always worked for me.
