I think he already knows somewhat that you like him thats why he said "blush much?"
guys know you like them when they can make you blush, so just be yourself around him.
tell him you want to hangout outside of school or whatever, or tell him you want him to call you, even if he already calls you every night.
im sure he will take the hint without you having to directly say that you like him

Yeah I sorta have the same problem. my friend has been telling me that I just need to be myself and he'll come to me. So you can take that advice... or you can keep trying doing what you're doing.
Try being friends first with tyler, just like you are with robert. then when you are friends, then just flirt with him as if he was robert.
Or when you start talking to tyler, pretend that its actually robert you're talking to and take it on from there.
