Alright, Im 13 and a girl, I weigh 100 lbs, and I am about 5'6. My question is, am I overweight, underweight or average?

your underweight. im almost 15 and i weigh 120 and im 5`5. try eating some more. and for your age and height you should be around 115 or 120.

I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!

I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!

I want to lost weigh by June for FL but I need some motivation. Everyday I wake up saying today im going on a diet but then it always turns out the next day and then again the next day. I need some motivation, does anyone know any good ideas to keep me motivated to me goal? please help

put little notes around the house saying encouraging things and especially around the fridge ex:(an apple sounds good today!) so yea lol keep notes around and maybe pictures of other people that are around the weight you want it gets me to workout everyday so i hope it helps you x0o hOlly

hey well i exercis like everyday nd i do 200 crunches every day!!! nd still i weigh 140 lbs!!! ive tried almost eberything ive gone on several diets nd nothing helps!!! ive even tried doing this pi;ates video my mom bought for me i did it for half a year nd still nuhting has helped me!!! im really stuck and i dont kno wat to do!!! im only 14 and its sad that i weigh that much!!!

it may not all be fat and muscle does weigh more than fat so you need to find out your body fat percentage and then you will know if you think your overweight or not but if you did all that working out i dont think you have all that much fat so keep doing those workouts and youll be fine just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so the more muscle you get the more you will weigh which isnt a bad thing if its muscle hope i helped you x0o hOlly

ok i have stretch marks on my legs (15/f) and i was wondering how the heck do i get rid of them? summers comming up and i dont want to be seen in a swim suit with stretch marks on my hip/legs...

Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin.

i skipped all of my workout classes for the past month cause i've been sick. yesterday i came back, worked out SO hard, now my muscles are so sore that i could hardly get out of the bed. i want to know what is the best thing to do (esp. for my legs, they hurt so bad)...

a) rest for the next couple days and do nothing until they feel better
b) keep working the muscles, continue running and conditioning today
c) stretch them?... or what, i dunno.

I kno what your talking about i just started track && that happened to me you should keep trying to run and help the muscles become stronger but when u get home relax and try not to walk around alot and before whatever your doing to workout you should stretch out really good to loosen up the muscles
