This is such an overrated question on the site, but I was wondering what are some good exercises for toning your tummy, thighs, and arms? I know wall sits, leg lifts, push-ups and crunches, but is there anything else that I might be able to do?
Sadly enough haha the best thing for toning in those spots is running/jogging on an olyptical trainer or just in the street. I also have a thighmaster that works really well for me. Anyway hope i helped,

Im going to florida in march and i wanna loose wieght because i will be in a bathing suit. I have a tred mil, so if i ate right and ran on the tred mill lets say 4-5 days a week (cause i have school work and a social life i dont think i could do it everyday) Would that help me loose weight? I want to loose like 15-20 lbs.

ya i deffinately think that will help you. I lost about 20 pounds recently and how i did it was eating really well make sure you eat breakffast thats really imprtant to loosing weight. Also concentrate on doin things like sit ups and cruches anything concentrating soles on your abs and probly thighs i'm guessing. Try squats there really good 2. try doing about 50 sit ups then run on the tredmill for about 5 min then 20 squats and back on the tredmill for another 5 min for as long as you decide you want to. Be careful and drink lots of water. GOODLUCK!!

aha i had the same issues! haha. Well i do theese things called side sit ups. lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees us and bring your elbow to your alternate knee (like right elbow to left kneew) do that for about 3 set of 10. Their is no realy tmucles caleed your love handles haha i checked, so the best thing for you to do is work your lower abs, obliques, and butt. im 13/f 100 pounds and like 5'4 im sooo thin i have no boobs and a semi butt its soo annoying cuause guys dont even notice you unless you got a ncie figure how can i gain weight and get more of a figure and dont say be the way you are cause well thats lame no ofence
Ok hunny i'm 14 130 haha. honestly you just need to understand that boobs and butts are all one thing, Fat! Just have a healthy appitie, but don't over do it. Unfortunately darling alot of it has to do with your frame, it's just how your born. Honestly your sure as hell not done growing yet either. You'll get bigger you just gotta be patient. So darlin the only thing i can really say is.. eat and don't be afraid.

Hi, i weight 116.5 pounds and im 5'6. my age is 14. i have a 8% body fat percentage rate. i run and workout every other day, and i play baseball. i think im fat, i dont no why, it takes over my life! please help me. do u think im fat?
sweety i'm 14/f and 5'7 and guess what i'm 131 pounds! and my doctor said i needed to gain weight! bealive me i think i'm fat too but i have the beginings of a 6 pack i play rugby and basketball, base ball, swim, and football (i know jock girl eh lol) bealive me weight means nothing mucle weighs way more than fat and think about your bones too! i have a big bone sturcture so go look in the mirror to see your wearight cause scale are bull! lol hope i helped!
k, i know if 13 but i WANT bigger boobs, i hate waiting! i'm always being called 'flat' and i hate it, can i eat something or do something to make them bigger without stuffing or implants?!
Well it's kinda a natural thing see the only real way to get bigger boobs natural is get fatter lol and i know u don't want that so another thing you could do it get a better bra one with more support or more padding
