advice

I really need to lose atleast ten pounds or more in a short amount of time. Does anyone have any advice as to some ways i could go about doing that? Please write back!

First off, you can't expect miracles in a couple of days. Ya gotta be patient. Every night do as many push - ups, curl - ups, etc. you can do. Try going to the gym twice a week, if you can. If not, jogging or any other excercise machine you might have will do just fine. Remember to eat healthy and watch your calories. :]
