Hey! I am 13 and I want to start using tampons. The last time I tried it hurt like hell and I couldn't get it to go in far enough. And I am using the smallest type I can find! Whats wrong? Thanks and NO Smart A**ES! THANKS! (link)

ok i was a little scared when i first used a tampon but it is easy just sit on the toilet put the tampon in the hand you right with and spread ur libia with the other hand hold the tampon with yourthumb and pointer finger and push sort of downwards to ur lower back and leave just a little bit hanging out hope i helped *mel*
