Hey, I'm Melody! I've been giving advice on and off since 2003. I'm a 23 year old military wife, expecting a baby boy in August, and working on my Bachelor's degree. :)

Oh, and ask me anything!

Advice

I'm a cheerleader and this year I'm doing more advanced stunting. I'm a flyer which Is I go in the air. I am abl to do a lib which is standing on one foot. I can also do a scotpian but have troble balancing. Any tips? Also I need advice on flyin in a basket toss how do you do it!? An I need help on other things like an arabisk? ( idk how to spell it) also a tik tock, and a twist pop. I cab already do a twist by I need tips on all of this and how can you fly in a basket toss?

From the sound of it, balancing is your biggest issue. Scorpians and arabesques require a large amount of flexibility, but even more balance. Arabesques appear as if they would be easier than scorpians, but generally that isn't the case because they require so much more balance. The best advice I can give you is to get your scorpian and arabeque absolutely perfect on ground, everytime, before you try the stunts. If you can't do it on the ground, you will never be able to do it the air. Talk to a flyer that has already mastered these skills, and let them give you tips. It's much easier if you are actually explaining this stuff face to face, as you are trying the stunt.

When you fly, regardless of the stunt, you should always keep your chest up. This will help with balancing and will get you in the air better. Be sure to get your balance once you are in the air before going into the stretch. Always keep your footing level and balanced; don't go on your toes or heels as that will probably lead to a fall, and will make your bases incredibly uncomfortable. And most importantly, practice! You won't master these skills the first time, or the first practice. Maybe not even the second or third. It's important not to give up, trust your bases, and keep at it until you get it.

As far as basket tosses, be sure to "ride" the toss to the top. What I mean by this is after your feet leave your bases' hands, keep your chest up and body straight until you get to the peak of the toss. As soon as you feel yourself coming back down, go into your cradle position.

http://www.ehow.com/how_2203762_tick-tock.html

The above link is a "how to" on doing the tik tok stunt. I am not sure what a twist pop is, so I can't help you there.

To end your question, watching youtube videos was incredibly helpful for me, regardless of whether I was flying or basing. Actually seeing the stunt being done made me realize it could be done. It got me accustomed to the stunt, and when it came time for me to try, I was a little more confident.

Try doing yoga every night to help you with your balance. It sounds crazy, but it really does help. Here is a link to a yoga routine for balance:

hello, i am skinny, i am only a size 8-10
(clothes wise) and i am happy with that, but my stomach is like getting bigger like a bump (as if i am pregnant which i am not) and i really don’t like it, and i want to get rid of it.
i have looked on the internet and there are loads of different things and i don’t know what to believe, so please can anyone give me tips of what really works!
does anyone else share my problem??
and how do i get a flat stomach??
how long would it take ???

and if you have tried anything and works tell me i really want to know.
Thanks

and if you have tried anything and works tell me i really want to know.
thanks

I have the same problem, and I always have. You have a "pot belly" It doesn't mean you're fat, but it could be caused from a number of things.

Pot bellies can be hereditary. Look at your family, and see if pot bellies are common on either your mom or your dad's side. If they are, you will probably never have a completely flat stomach, so it's better to just embrace it :)

Are you regular? Do you go to bathroom at least once a day? If not that is probably the cause. Be sure to have a lot of fiber in your diet, and eat a lot of fruit. If you have trouble going to the bathroom on your own, start using stool softeners.

It could be water weight. If it happens more right before you start your period, then this is probably the cause. There are pills, powders, drinks, etc. that you can buy at vitamin or health stores that will "flush" out your system. You should try those if this is what you think it might be.

Caffeine also causes your stomach to swell. If you drink a lot of soda or coffee then try cutting back. Don't eat foods with a lot of sodium in them either.

I have read that doing a million crunches, sit ups, or any core strenghtening excersises won't do any good unless you do cardio as well. So try walking or running at least once a day if you can, and do some ab workouts if you feel you need them. This will make you healthier, but I doubt it will make a big difference as far as your pot belly goes.

Most importantly, don't binge eat. Don't go all day without eating and then eat a huge meal. That will make you bloat. Instead eat four small meals a day.

Good luck!

I'm considering getting a puppy, and I was wondering if anyone knew any tea cup/ toy size breeds. The only two I can think of is yorkie & chihuaha. I know a girl who has a tea cup dog and it's black but have no idea the breed. I dot know her anymore so can't ask. anyway, I don't care if they designer mixes or whatever I just want to know any kind. Also, I have one dog ad she is a westie and wondering how they get along with westies/other dogs.

Thank you:)

There is no such thing as a "teacup" breed. Any breeder who claims to have such "breeds" are irresponsible and stupid.

Just so you know, any animal deemed a "teacup" is just a runt. Now don't get me wrong! I am a huuuuge animal lover, and I am always a sucker for the runts or the "underdog" persay, but I would never intentionally breed them. That's what a "teacup breed" is. Two runts that were bred to produce a super tiny dog. Generally these animals do not live very long, due to health problems caused by their bad breeding.

If a breeder tells you they have a teacup in a litter, it probably just means that the particular puppy is the runt. I am a softie for runts, so if by happenstance there was one in a litter, go for it. They need a loving home just as much as the other puppies do. But never go looking for "teacup breeders"

Chihuahuas are technically the smallest breed of dog. However I have a chihuahua, and she weighs at least 8 pounds. It's usually just the luck of the draw when it comes to the particular size of your pet. Yorkies are the next smallest breed.

http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/

That is the best website there is when it comes to figuring out which dog is best for you and your family. They have a complete list, filtering options (lap dog or toy breed for you), and for each dog they have pictures, temperament, descriptions, health problems, and much much more.

Randomly searching the internet one day, I stumbled across a page that was talking about a book called 'Rage' by Richard Bachman (aka Stephen King) and it looked SO good...I have already read many Stephen King books and they are very good, but I haven't gotten my hands on this book yet. And it seems I won't because it stopped getting printed soon after it came out because people thought it was encouraging school shootings or something :( so now the only copies I can find are online and are really expensive (like $100+) I've already checked all the local bookstores and libraries but I can't seem to find this book anywhere...if it helps it can be found with 2 other books in a series called "The Bachman Books"...if you have any idea where I could find it for a REASONABLE price, I would love some info!!! :) Thanks!

I found a set (Rage, The Long Walk, Roadwork, The Running man) used for 23 dollars on Amazon.

I go to Total Bally Fitness and I want to lose the fat and get lean muscle. My weight loss goal is 55 pounds in 3 months. I currently weigh 165, and am 5'4".

But I have no idea what to do at the gym.. when I go I just jump on whatever but I don't think that's the best way to do do it. I can't afford a personal trainer so can you give me an idea of what I should do?

When is the best time to go to the gym, too? morning or night? and how many times a day should I eat? Is it really true that no meal should be bigger than my fist?

thanks a lot!

I am definitely no expert, but if you want some advice from a fellow girl trying to get fit, then listen to what I say ;)

The time you go to the gym really depends on you and your lifestyle. I don't think either one is going to be better than the other as far as losing weight goes. If I had a gym membership I would probably go in the morning. That way you can get it over with, go home and shower, and finish up the rest of the day without worrying about excercise. However a friend of mine always goes to the gym at night. I guess because it's less crowded? I have never really asked him before.

I am not sure you will lose 55 pounds in three months without almost killing yourself. It's not a realistic goal. I am not saying it can't happen, but I wouldn't recommend it. According to your BMI you are slightly overweight. Losing 55 pounds is a healthy long term goal, as that would put you in a "normal weight" range. However not in three months. Maybe six? Another important thing to remember is muscle weighs more than fat. If you aren't losing as much weight on the scale as you would like, always keep that in mind.

It's important to assess your lifestyle before jumping into this. How are your eating habits? How much excersise do you get already? Here are some general tips as far as eating goes.

- If you aren't hungry, don't eat. Before eating anything, always ask yourself if you are hungry or just in the mood to eat.
- Don't eat in front of the TV. Only eat at the dinner table during desginated eating times (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc).
- Be aware of what you are eating and what it's made of. I am not saying be an obsessive calorie counter, but it's always good to know what is going into your body.
- Be sure to have a well-balanced diet, with a lot less sugar and sweets.
- When you snack, snack healthy. Fruits, veggies, yogurt, etc.
- If you google healthy eating, you will find all sorts of good eating tips.

As far as excercise goes, if you have a membership, one of the workers should be able to give you a general idea of what machines you should use, etc. If not, make sure you have a well balanced workout as well.

- Cardio (treadclimbers, treadmill, bicycle, etc).
- Strength (weights, lunges, pushups)
- Flexibility (yoga, pilates)

Good luck :)

Like the person below me said, it's pretty much a joke. You have to make at least 20 dollars before they will send you a check in the mail, and each survey is only worth 25 cents at most.

Okay, I live with my mom and my step dad.
they BOTH smoke. my step dad works on a boat for 4 days out of the week and then come home for 4 days. when he's gone my mom will smoke in the garage because she knows I hate the smell of it.
but when he's home they both smoke in the house.
(the living room) my question is; if I go in my room to get away from the smoke am I actually getting away from it? or am I still breathing in cigarette smoke! i've seen that commercial on tv where there is now a cigarette that lets out water vapor, instead of smoke and its not unhealthy for the person! I want to get it, but im a kid so I dont have that kind of money.
my stepdad REFUSES to quit smoking, and since its not "my house" I have no say so as to where he goes to smoke.. HELP!

I know how you feel. My mother is a heavy chain smoker. I would say she smokes AT LEAST every 15 minutes. I have very bad allergies as well, and the sad thing is she doesn't even care. I personally think it is the rudest thing in the world, but what can you do?

I just leave the room whenever she lights up. I don't think I should have too, but I am just sick of arguing with her over it. That's what you should do too. You should also sit down with your mother and step dad and calmy explain that although you know and respect that it is their house, you have to live there as well and the smoke really bothers you. Tell them out of respect for you as a person, they should limit their smoking to one part of the house. Preferably the garage.

It probably won't work, but it's worth a try. If it doesn't work, mention this vapor machine to your mother. Maybe she will get it for you. It's the least she could do.

15/F/NJ

This question has an extremely long story behind it. But I'll only mention the important details.

Me, my friend J, and my ex friend A used to be the BEST of friends. One day, me and J started talking about how A has been acting so different lately. And we were getting tired of it. Long story short, we sat her down and taked to her about it VERY calmly way, I might add. And she did not take it well at all.

So, A turned around on us. The following day she got one of her friends to send me harrrassing texts saying I was,"fucked up." Ect.
I had gotten a Peer Mediation with her and we talked everything out. We both had to sign a paper saying we would cut the crap and leave each other alone.

A few months passed, and in April, A went to our school principle and claimed me and J were harrassing her. The principle told us both that they were Facebook posts, ect, where we were talking about her.

And example of said post, was something along the lines of, "Oh, this is a time I wish we were still friends with A so her mom could drive us to the mall."

And that comment was posted in Feburary. Meaning she got her friends to go through our wall posts and read EVERYTHING just to find some kind of dirt on us. And the reason I say her friends did it, is because I had her blocked from my facebook. So she couldn't see anything on my profile. And neither of us are friends with her on Facebook.

Anyway, me and J were EXTREMELY confused.
Isn't harrassment saying things to the person, calling them names to their faces. Assulting them, ect?
How on Earth is it harrassing just TALKING about the person? Also, it's not like I were talking to some random person. I was talking to J, and she's a part of all this childish drama.

Can someone please list everything that is considerd harrassment? With links, ect? Everything I find doesn't really help me all too much.

And what can happen to someone if another person fasley accuses someone of harrassing them? And in the end it's proven that the accusations were false.
Could you counter-claim harrassment on them?

The reason your school is probably getting involved in this situation is because harrassment has become such a serious issue in high schools all over the world. Students need to be extra careful now to keep their noses clean or they could wake up with a lawsuit slapped on their backs.

Do I agree with this? Not at all. I believe as long as students are experiencing issues outside of school, it should be resolved on it's own. If it becomes a problem, then parents should become involved. Not the school system. However that's not how it is anymore, and there is no point crying over it. It's much better to just be the bigger person and move on.

What is considered harrassment is extremely vague, so it's best to be on your best behavior. Don't talk about A, don't talk to A, don't even think about A. Completely drop the situation, and don't even bring it up. Especially not on the internet. Remember, what you put on the internet stays on the internet, and can be documented evidence used against you later on.

So long story short, my brothers friend we hardly know parent asks if there kid can stay at our hous for three days. My mom was so taken aback and didn't know what to say she just said I guess I'll have to talk to my husband. Well we forgot about it and today they show up at our house and drop him off and they didn't even give him any money for food or anything. Also, we really don't have the money to support him. I've hardly eaten nor has my family for the past few days because we are waiting for my dad to get paid. We really don't have the money to feed an extra person. We hardly know this kid. The parents are off at some motorcycle thing. How do we get this kid out of our house.

There isn't anything you can do about it now. He is there, is parents are gone, and your mother more or less gave this child permission to stay in your house whether she wanted to or not. For the next three days, this child is your parent's responsibility and that's that.

Consider it a lesson, and learn from it. If your mother wasn't able to take care of this child she should have told his parents so as soon as they asked. I will be the first to admit it was irresponsible and fairly stupid of this child's mother to not call and confirm this visit when your mother gave such a vague answer. However what's done is done, so live with it. It's only three days.

Okay so this is weird and maybe out of the ordinary. But I have always felt somebody with me. Like no matter where i go, there is this feeling like i'm not alone. and a couple months ago, 4 people who are into paranormal activity stuff, couldn't stop staring at me. I asked them why. there response was " I'm sorry, there is just thing aura about you. It feels someone is with you, protecting you from something." like the first person i was like okay, but when i heard it 3 more times from people i'm starting to get freaked out. I mean, since i was little my family has said i have a gift of paranormal stuff. But i can't get anything off of this. All I feel is that someone is with me, watching me. I never feel alone. Idk what to do??

I am not saying I believe in the paranormal, nor am I saying that these people you know that are "into paranormal activity stuff" don't truly have gifts. However people like that have a tendency to feed off the feelings of others. If you felt this before, you probably gave these 4 people a reason to say this about you, whether you did so intentionally or not. What I mean is, you probably did something subconsciously (ie- looked over your shoulder, said something about being followed, etc) that gave these people a reason to say that about you.

What do you mean you don't know what to do? Obviously if there is something following you, it isn't out to harm you. You said yourself you never felt alone, and your friends said it seemed as if something was protecting you. Consider yourself blessed. If it's true, you have a guardian angel. If it isn't, what harm has come from believing?

What are some good quotes about being different and free and living life and also good quotes from either the movie Pride & prejudice, Australia, or Blow

I love P&P and Blow. Those are two of my favorite movies! I still haven't seen Austrailia though. The person below me already listed one of my favorite Blow quotes:

Fred Jung: "Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again, but life goes on."

Jere are some of my other favorites though:

George Jung: "So in the end, was it worth it? Jesus Christ. How irreparably changed my life has become. It's always the last day of summer and I've been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments. Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. There are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door."

George Jung: "May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face."
Fred Jung: " And may the wings of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars."

George Jung: "You are my heart. Could I live without my heart? Could I?"

Kristina Jung: "I thought you couldn't live without your heart."

And here is a list of my favorite P&P quotes:

Mr. Darcy: "So this is your opinion of me. Thank you for explaining so fully. Perhaps these offences might have be overlooked had not your pride been hurt by my honesty..."

Elizabeth Bennett: "And those are the words of a gentleman. From the first moment I met you, your arrogance and conceit, your selfish disdain for the feelings of others made me realize that you were the last man in the world I could ever be prevailed upon to marry."

Charlotte Lucas: "Count your blessings Lizzie. If he liked you, you'd have to talk to him."

Mr. Bennett: : "You mistake me, my dear. I have the utmost respect for your nerves. They've been my constant companion these twenty years."

Charlotte Lucas: "Not all of us can afford to be romantic, Lizzie."

Mr. Darcy: "Well, let me think..."Lizzie" for everyday, "my pearl" for Sundays, and "Goddess Divine," but only on special occasions."

Here are some Australia quotes I found:

Drover: "Just because it is, doesn't mean it should be."

Magarri: "If you've got no love in your heart, you've got nothing... No dreaming, not story, nothing."

how do i cleanse my vagina after a yeast infection?

I wouldn't douche at all.

If you went to the doctor & they gave you medicine, take it like you were instructed, & the infection should clear up. If you bought over the counter medication, do the same thing. If it doesn't clear up, see your doctor.

After the infection is cleared up, be weary that the summertime is the worst time to get yeast infections. When you swim, take your wet bottoms off as soon as you get out of the water. Bacteria thrive in moist environments, so keep yourself dry. Wear loose fitting clothing whenever you can so your vagina can breathe, for lack of a better word. If you wear pads during your period, be sure to change them frequently. Eat a lot of yogurt too. It helps prevent yeast infections. And lastly, don't use scented body wash. Never wash up inside of you either. Clean around the area, but not up inside of you. The good bacteria is what keeps you clean, so let it do it's job!

How many years do you have to go to college to become a physical therapist?

A pysical therapist is a doctor. Not only are they a doctor, but they are a doctor that is specialized in a certain field, meaning the years of schooling go up even more.

It's hard to say how long anyone will have to go to college for a particular career field because so many things come into account. For instance, how many dual enrollment classes you took in highschool, whether or not you have to take remedial courses before taking the college classes, whether you fail any classes, or whether you take any summer courses.

Generally though, you will have to go to undergraduate school (4+ years), med school & residency (at least 2+ years), and more than likely a year or two studying your specialty. You will also have to pass a big exam sometime during all of this. You are probably looking at around 8-10 years of college before you will be working. The money is great though, so if you are dedicated, smart, and have a way to pay for all this schooling, then by all means go for it :)

If this sounds like to much for you, you can always be a physical therapist assistant. They make a decent living, and you only have to go to school for about three years.

Good luck!

I"ve had my bellybutton pierced since september, and since then I haven't had any problems with it. But now I have a cut in the middle of the piercing..so its right above my belly button, but under the top ball of the ring. sometimes a clear fluid comes out of the cut, so i'm worried that it is infected, but i don't know if this means that i should take the piercing out or not.

If any piercing you ever get becomes infected, NEVER take the piercing out. That is the worst thing you can do. If you take the piercing out, the skin will heal with the infection still very much present. This can cause a very nasty absess that will need surgery to be removed.

With that being said, it doesn't really sound like an infection, just because clear fluid is usually nothing to worry about. Green and yellow pus are usually indicators of an infection.

I don't really know what you mean by a "cut" but either way around that doesn't sound good. Continue cleaning it with whatever your piercer told you to use, and if it is red, irritated, painful, warm to the touch, oozes yellow or green pus, or doesn't improve over the next couple weeks, go see your piercer and they will tell you what you need to do.

I need more music to download, and the genre I like is rock/hard rock/alternative. Bands I listen to are Breaking Benjamin, Trapt, Rise Against, Bullet For My Valentine, etc - like that. What other bands are similar to those? Thanks!

I love Breaking Benjamin too. Linkin Park is amazing, so I would definitely give them a listen if you haven't already. Here are some others:

Avenged Sevenfold
Disturbed
Chevelle
Coheed & Cambria
10 Years
AFI
Muse
Seether
System of a Down

Those are just a few that I have heard of, or listened too & enjoyed. If you google "alternative rock" or "bands like Breaking Benjamin" you will get all kinds of results.

If you want any more from me personally, inbox me & I will oblige :)

I'm in college. I love my school and I just got hired at an awesome job. But, the biggest thing in my life is missing. I miss my ex so much. I see him often and I also see him suffering because he wants to be with me too. I want to talk to him because I know that we can work it out. I also know that he loves me too. We've talked about our plans after college, getting married, and we're just not together right now because of something SO stupid. He's just scared that I'm going to argue with him over the break-up in the first place and I am no longer like that. I miss him so much. He is also my best friend. I've known him since high school and I just feel so empty inside. All I want to do is talk to him, hug him, tell him it's okay and I don't know how to do it. I'm just as scared as he is of getting hurt because we are so passionate about each other that we don't even know how to make the first move. It's like this really big piece of my life is missing. And I just want to remind him of the good times. I'm so lonely. I've tried seeing other people and it's just not the same. I don't want to hear about how to meet other people. It's just pointless. All I do is go out and run circles around town with my family and their starting to get on my nerves. I love them but there's only so much I can hear about taxes and the census. I go out with one of my girlfriends but she has a boyfriend and I hate being the third wheel. I keep thinking that the depression could be coming from other things. Maybe I'm just stressed over moving away from home, finances, and things like that. I am an adult and when people begin "adult things," like credit cards and real estate, they get stressed. I thought maybe that could be it. But, I think about it and everything is fine. I don't have a lot of friends, but I don't need them. I have one good friend who really cares about me. I have all my family. I'm really close to my mom. But, it's like there's something missing. I do things to try to keep myself busy and happy. I go to the gym every day and that helps. But, the effects only last so long. Soon enough, I get home and I just start crying because I'm all alone. Please help!! I KNOW HE LOVES ME TOO! THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I KNOW! HE IS IN LOVE WITH ME. I just don't want to write the entire situation down because I know people who use this site and I don't want them to know how miserable I am. I just need an opening line.... one thing to say to him that will let him know it's ok. I want to talk to him but he's always with these friends and it's awkward. I want to say something that will give him a minute to ourselves. Please don't tell him to ask him to coffee lol. it's just too cliche and it's not going to work. I want him to ask me out... but i just need to let him know it's ok to do so. he's afraid i'm still upset.

I was definitely going to say invite him to lunch, but you shot that down before I could finish your question.

What are you looking for? Do you really expect that one look or word is going to bring him to his feet begging you for forgiveness? That's not going to happen. If you are so sure he loves you, then what's stopping you from making the first move? Put your pride and fears in the back seat and make a move if you really do want to be with this guy. If you don't, there is a chance you two will never get back together. There is also a chance he will move on, so you better do something about it now before he meets someone else. Why should he wait around if he sees you enjoying college, your job, your friends, the other guys you have been seeing. How is he supposed to know you go home and cry yourself to sleep? He doesn't.

If he loves you like you say he does, he is probably just as miserable as you are. Why draw it out? Just text him something like, "let's meet up. I really need to talk to you." If he says no, then he probably isn't as in love with you as you seem to think. If he says yes, meet up somewhere (doesn't have to be a coffee shop btw) and tell him how you feel. If you really love him, don't hold back. Tell him everything and apologize for whatever stupid thing you two fought about.

That simple. :)

By the way, Kandee Johnson is amazing. She's sort of my role model ;)

If you feel bored, google random things (the internet is an amazing thing), take a walk to better your health, or better yet, go to the library & further your education! XD

If you just feel *blah* then I feel for you. I hate when I feel like that. Eating healthier & getting some excersie will make you feel better...I promise! Start drinking water & taking multi vitamins, & go read the Blue Day Book by Bradley Trevor Greive. It's an amazing short story that can pull anyone out of a slump.

I don't even know why I answered this question. It makes no sense, but I just felt like it!

I have a major crisis.. i just got my period today and in a month i'm supposed to go to florida for volleyball nationals and i'm supposed to get my next period during that tournament :( the reason why this sucks is because
- i can't wear tampons. like i've tried at least 20 times and it just doesn't work for me. and there's no way i can get the experience now and be able to succeed wearing them in a month.
- the place we are staying at (rental home) has our own private pool and i can 90% guarantee that we will be swimming a lot.
- nobody on my team knows that i can't wear tampons, so it would be really embarrassing if i told them that i can't go swimming because i have my period.

so any advice??

btw- my mom won't let me go on the pill. i was thinking about asking my bff to get birth control pills and let me use them for a month until the tournament starts. do you think that will work? like if i started taking the pill asap, will i be able to skip my next period in a month?

also, is there any way i could make it come a week sooner? my period normally comes every 26 days, is there any way??? helppp i'm desperate. and please don't say "grow up and wear tampons" because i honestly can't use them and i won't have enough experience to use them in a month. thank you!

There isn't anything you can do, aside from wearing tampons which you are obviously completely against.

If you want to take birth control, you have to have a physical examination. Every type of pill is different, so you can't just "borrow" some from your friend. It's unsafe.

There is no way to make your period come slower or faster. It comes when it's supposed to, and that's that.

I can give you some advice on wearing tampons (making them more comfortable, inserting them correctly) if you want me too. Just inbox me.
