Arabesques appear as if they would be easier than scorpians, but generally that isn't the case because they require so much more balance. The best advice I can give you is to get your scorpian and arabeque absolutely perfect on ground, everytime, before you try the stunts. If you can't do it on the ground, you will never be able to do it the air. Talk to a flyer that has already mastered these skills, and let them give you tips. It's much easier if you are actually explaining this stuff face to face, as you are trying the stunt.
When you fly, regardless of the stunt, you should always keep your chest up. This will help with balancing and will get you in the air better. Be sure to get your balance once you are in the air before going into the stretch. Always keep your footing level and balanced; don't go on your toes or heels as that will probably lead to a fall, and will make your bases incredibly uncomfortable. And most importantly, practice! You won't master these skills the first time, or the first practice. Maybe not even the second or third. It's important not to give up, trust your bases, and keep at it until you get it.
As far as basket tosses, be sure to "ride" the toss to the top. What I mean by this is after your feet leave your bases' hands, keep your chest up and body straight until you get to the peak of the toss. As soon as you feel yourself coming back down, go into your cradle position.
The above link is a "how to" on doing the tik tok stunt. I am not sure what a twist pop is, so I can't help you there.
To end your question, watching youtube videos was incredibly helpful for me, regardless of whether I was flying or basing. Actually seeing the stunt being done made me realize it could be done. It got me accustomed to the stunt, and when it came time for me to try, I was a little more confident.
Try doing yoga every night to help you with your balance. It sounds crazy, but it really does help. Here is a link to a yoga routine for balance:
