advice
I am 13 years old and im not sure when im going to start my period...i really wld like some help with this!!! also i have been getting some cramps but im not sure if they are period cramps. i have also had discharge, im not sure if it is considered heavy or not but its NOT light! (: and i would like to know some symptoms there are and as many as possible!!!! sorry this is long but i really need your help ASAP!!!!!!!!! thanks to everyone and...help soooooonnn!!

all girls can get their period at different ages, some younger than others. so dont worry, youre fine :] dont worry.
and about your discharge, usually the week before you get your period or right before you get your period, your discharge comes out heavier because it is cleaning and getting ready to release an egg or get you pregnant [if you were sexually active, but its good that youre not :)]
some symptoms that hint to when youre getting it are:
- lower back-aches
- frequent headaches
- bloating
- fever
- cramps
- spotting [like little spots of blood or dried blood.]
- a good amount of discharge
- sore boobs [chest]
- swollen boobs [chest]
symptoms when having your period:
- cramps
- bloating
- fever
- back-aches
- your breasts become less tender
- your breasts become less swollen
- blood
- you may feel weak from time to time because of the blood loss [but this usually only happens if you lose alot of blood and its your first time getting your period]

are you kidding me hun ?! i was just as curious about this when i first started my period .. actually, even BEFORE i started. its good to be educated :] and everyone, including all fo your friends, are curious about these things, but arent open about it or like to talk about it. but trust me, they are all wondering the same things you are. so dont hesitate to ask me ANYTHING if you ever need some info :] i know how yuh feel girly
