Like this right? I looked it up on google images since I know nothing about goth haha.
But I do know enough about make up :).
I think that you should buy two things: a black pencil eyeliner and the blackest eye shadow you can find. Take the pencil and sketch first trace around your eyes. It isn't very hard to do. You can use your left fingers to kind of pull your lower eyelid downward while using your right hand to draw the line with the pencil. You do this on both eyes top and bottom. So at this point you should have your eyes outlined. Then, fill in the rest of your upper eyelids with black eyeshashadow. You should look something like this:

So now, you have to use your art skills to fill in the rest of the design. You can use your pencil to trace the outline of the design and then fill it in with eyeshadow.
I hope this made sense to you. If the eyeliner is not going on smoothly you can heat it up slightly with your fingers by pressing a finger against the pencil tip. And if you have someone help you, it might make it easier also.
