So me and my high school sweetheart broke up my freshman year in college but have always remained friends its been about seven years since we were last together he came in town to visit his brother for christmas and I saw him and we kissed and now all these old feelings have came rushing back to me we spent our time together laughing and remembering old times he keep looking in my eyes and kissing my forehead and were holding each other but didn't have sex do u think he still loves me because I really miss him (link)

Well I can't say for sure that he loves you, but it does sound like he still has feelings for you :). You should talk it over with him and see where the two of you stand.
Also, think back to the reason the two of you broke up. Is that reason still going to be an issue?

thanks for your advice and the reason why we broke up is because of the distance now we are live closer to each other again so i really hope it works out
