My interests include computer, internet, health, medicine, chess, anime, manga, novels, martial art, badminton, philosophy, and psychology. By answering and asking various questions on here, I hope to be able to learn more about these subjects and activities.

Answers That I've Given
Question:
how do you do the pixelly thing on someone's face?

My Answer:
You pixelate it.
Pixelation is very easy--take less than 2 minutes. What image editor do you use or have? I can't help you if I don't know what the program that you are going to use is. Is it GIMP, Paint.NET, ArtWeaver, Photoscape, Photoshop, or . . . something else?
Usually the process is: select the area that you want to pixelate, and then under Filters or Effects, choose "Pixelate" (sometimes it is grouped under "Distorts")
In the mean time, you can use Pixlr; It is a free, web-based image editor that support layers: http://www.pixlr.com/editor/
Here's how to do a pixelation on it: http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/8110/pixelate01a.png
and here's the finished product: http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/670/pixelate01b.png
If you want some fun effects, like water reflection, burning flame, falling snow, etc, then check out Blibs: http://www.blibs.com/editor/
But of course, one you are familiar with image editing and become an advanced user, you should try out GIMP. It's free and it has advanced tools and features. It is a little bit too complex for beginners though.
Hope this helps,
=)
