Okay I don't have a purity ring yet, but I vowed to stay sexually pure until marriage. That obviously means no sex until marriage but does that mean no masterbating or anything like that? Like what are the guidlines most people who vow to stay sexually pure until marriage live by? (link)

Good for you in deciding to stay pure to marriage, that is the best decision you can make, I wear a purity ring and I am abstinent also, for me personally, everyone is different, its your choice, I promised God I wouldn't go past making out.
You make up your own guidelines, just do what feels right. I don't believe any kind of sexual act is appropiate until marriage, but that is my personal decision.
And the purity ring is really helpful, its a constant reminder that my promise to God is more important than my hormones and emotions.
