I applaud your decision to wait before having sex, but I don't understand why your boyfriend is pressurising you into performing acts on him. If he cared about you he would wait also.
However, that said, to answer your question - hand jobs are a good place to start. A warm massage to begin with before going lower... Do an erotic dance without removing all your clothes (ie down to a bikini) are two to begin with.
