Hey there (: I'm Bryttnii ♥ I'm a Senior. I'm 17 and I seem to have been through a lot in my seventeen years. I love giving advice & recieving advice. But of course, I made a new one that I stay on constantly! I take Cosmetology in school and I love it. I get my Cosmetology license in 9 months. Advicenators!
Ive started taking dance clas for an hour every morning, & its intense & my whole bodys sore! Especially my legs. We streth before & evrything so im assuming its good soreness. Anyway, how do i ease the pain? I dont want to be sore all summer! Advil/heating? Any tips, let me know! Thanks!
It just means that you're probably out of shape. Stretching & dancing a lot more will help so you don't get sore anymore. Eventually, you're body will be use to the change in excersize and won't get sore anymore. Good luck! ♥
