Q: right so i am from a pretty conservative country... but i am quite exposed to western and eastern thought and ideology so i understand both ways and my country's own.... somehow it has fused into something new and something that makes -at least to me- alot more sense than both viewed separately (...united we stand...?) anyway....i feel like i am too conservative to one side (owing to how i am forced to "conduct [my]self") and too liberal on the other... my parents are really super traditional, and my sister is worse, i've tried to let her see who i really am but she refused and made it known that i may be a "bad seed" if thats what you call it.
they do not accept me for me. i've learned to be two people (me and theirs if that makes sense) but i really want to allow for personal changes to happen and develop my own sense of who i am... for instance where i come from it is common to beat down on a person because they are different and thus should not be tolerated...(it reminds me a bit of the history of the catholic church somehow....) if someone made a mistake they are condemned for forever... what i am trying to do is propose and advocate a live-and-let-live kind of lifestyle... you don't agree with someone or you think they are going to regret what they are doing just give advice and let them go....

i mean whats it to you if it doesn't harm you... and if it is guilt that drives them then perhaps by giving advice or warning (without mentally and physically constraining someone) you can get rid of that guilt....i mean i've committed some "mistakes"... and i've been punished consequently... but i never felt that i ever regretted what i have done... if anything i feel happier and stronger and more positive about the world... and in my standards what i've done is not wrong... in theirs -and i respect that- it was... i am expected to marry into this and keep it going... and should i not do so i guarantee that things will escalate to the next step and i will be physically constrained or disciplined until i change my mind... i really really which i can create something new... (i am aiming for the stars here... but a doctrine or constitution...?) that joins some of my country's most beautiful traditions which respects some aspects of humanity and individualism and reform the rest... i really want to make this the core of how people live.... i know these are big dreams but one step at a time.... right?

each time i look at my sister and see how completely opposite (even more than anyone i've ever known including elders) i believe that there is room for change.... how can 2 people with the same gene pool have such different opposing views and attitudes.... i refuse to let such -i think- negative and degrading spirit bring me down....
i am not saying i am the hero of times... and i know i might sound air-headed and naive... but i really believe that it was how they were positioned to see a certain angel of things.....

i've been reading about famous people and their lives and how they made changes... i am currently reading a book on rosa parks..... the one thing though that is bothering me is that they all seem to have family support or some kind of support... i'm all alone in this... and i doubt anyone with the slightest though of agreement will have to courage to voice this with me....

what should i do? how do you convince people who do not believe or understand or consider reason... their soul source of wisdom is beliefs and over time these beliefs are mutating into something that does not make sense..... how do at least just get them to here me out when they think that Socrates is a blasphemous brothel somewhere?? if anything how do i leave this environment? or endure it?? i am really running out of moral...
Woah. i think its amazing that you came to realize this all on your own. kind of like how Abraham discovered G-d all by himself. and he had no support either. but his idea made logical sense.

im not sure if you believe in the bible or anything, but please just listen to the story because it might help.

Abraham was sure that idols werent gods because they couldnt do anything. they just stood there so they couldnt have power. so he looked at the moon and the sun, searching for a god. but he noticed the moon lft during the day, and the sun left at night. he needed an infinite power, one that was stable and would alwasys exist. he finally came to the conclusion that there must be a higher power, one that we cant hear or see or touch but one that controls the whole world. and he believed this with all his soul because he came to the conclusion himself.

he then started traveling, preaching this new idea. nobody had ever brung it up, but he believed in it so strongly and explained it so logically that even un-logical people followed him and he revolutionized the One-God world. (i know theres a word for that but i cant think of it just now).

i think your like abraham. you came to this conclusion on your own. and you want to revoluitonize the world. and what your saying is logical. and people understand logic.

i would say start with kids your age. a little older, a little younger. dont press your ideas on them, just tell them how you think. once you plant that seed in their head they will start thinking about it and find their own truth in it.

next, try young adults. tell them that you are seeking change. explain to them your ideas, bring proofs, and ask for their emotional support.

adults are a bit harder because theyve grown up with one idea for so long it might be hard for them to change their minds. present it to them with all the facts, along with the books youve been reading for them to see if theyd like. ask for them to just think about the idea, since you know its new and probably scary for them. if you dont get a reaction after a few weeks, mention it again with a few more proofs.

once you have a real folowwing, go to the goverment and ask about that constitution that you want. here your going to need real facts, and a petition including sone powerful names. it might not happen in your lifetime but once you bring up an idea it continues and never stops.

best of luck!

thank you for even considering the similarities between abraham's journey and mine.... i knew the story but never realized how he was all alone and by reminding me you truly inspired me to do something.... i'm thinking of starting a blog and advertise it here and see what happens... i am sure someone, even if opposed, will listen! THANK YOU FOR INSPIRING THIS BRILLIANT IDEA!

FRIENDS ARE LIKE ELEVATOR BUTTONS. THEY CAN EITHER BRING YOU UP OR TAKE YOU DOWN. CHOOSE WISELY
A friend will let you borrow their umbrella but a best friend will take yours and scream "Run Loser Run!!!"
we are all angels
with one wing
and we can wonly fly
with the help of somone else
my friends are my wings

TRUE FRIENDS
THEY ARE HARD TO FIND
DIFFICULT TO LEAVE
AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET!

you can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose! but you cant pick your friends nose

killers stab you in the head
Frenemies stab you in the back
boys stab you in the heart
but best friends dont carry knives

a best friend will never ever come to bail you out of jail so never use your one phone call on them
i tried that, but she wouldent pick up. when i got back to our jail cell, i asked her why she wouldent pick up her phone.

theres no thing as strangers. there are only friends we havent met yet
