it is a very, very, very low chance. but it's possible. there are 93458049584594853 millions upon millions of sperm in just one ejaculation & all it takes is one of those to impregnate you. if you give him a hand job, make sure he doesn't get off anywhere close to your panties (such as your lower abdomen, or even if he gets off on your chest, make sure it doesn't run down to your panties)
wash your hands after every hand job, and make sure he washes his too. just in case it got on his hands & he tries to finger you later.
sperm can only live in air for like 5 minutes, but it's still possible.
