i was laying in my boyfriends lap, my head kinda on his stomach but he was sitting up. and he started fingering me, and he has many times before but this time was different, i don't know why but it was like it was so good my body went into shock, i didn't moan or breathe heavily like usual, i just had trouble swallowing. and after that i sat up and we started making out, and in the middle of making out, i started crying.
i have no idea, it wasn't a bad cry really, i wasn't sad, i just started crying.
can anyone tell me if this has happened to them or why it happened? (link)

i have heard of this happening from quite a few people, and just like the person below me said, you had a hard time swallowing because your body did go into shock.
when something feels really, really good, sometimes you can't control how your body reacts, and you may even had an unknowing orgasm.
your tears were simply tears of joy.
