i just want to get healtheier for summmer and spring...what workouts work and what should i eat and not eat...obviously junk food but like yeah all advice appreshieted (link)
After giving up cheese and milk I lost 10 pounds in almost three weeks. I have been steadily losing since then, I eat fresh vegetables, nuts, beans, fruit..some whole wheat breads. I also exercise sporadicaly jogging, walking, sometimes a video..also jumproping is great it burns 10 calories a minute.
