ok so i reallllyy like this guy but hes kinda shy unless your his good friend so i do i get him to notice me and start talkin to me ?

Start by saying hi. I know that sounds cliche but trust me on this. Don't even think about whether or not he'll think you're weird by randomly talking to him because chances are he won't. If you start with a simple hello, he'll probably say hello back. And then you can see what happens from there. All it takes is working up the courage to start a conversation. Communication is the first step.
