Okay, so obviously I'm not going to get casted in a movie overnight but I was wondering, when people call for small parts in ads and stuff, usually they go through agents.

How would I get an agent? And do any ads ever post a spot needed publically? If so...where?

No, any legit agent would NOT just post ads. They get enough people coming to them without that.

You have to be relatively good looking, a strong reader, and rather resilient. Google agents around where you live.
