Life really is a roller-coaster with it's ups and downs and varying speeds. If your friend is the same age as you, yes - it is against the law. You don't say how old your brother is but he should be made aware that he could be prosecuted if her parents should find out. If they are going to continue to sleep together then make sure that they are using contraceptives. You don't really have the right to tell your friend who she can and cannot sleep with even if it is your brother. However, if she did it out of spite does your brother realise she was just using him?
