Okay I love my brother soo much! But, I think he drinks beer and smokes pot or something, and he is like 16 almost 17. I have no idea how to make him stop, he && my step brother have smoked AT OUR HOUSE! yeah, I know, that's house completely stupid they are, we went to hawaii on vacation and guess what, they BOUGHT pot there. I know that because i read some text messages, which lead me to my brothers front pocket of his suitcase, which lead me to a bag of empty weed. My mom tells me not to tell my dad, because my dad would take away his car, get frusterated all the time and all this other stuff.
My dad & my mom are divorced because my dad lost it and hit her so now he does counciling & takes lithium. So I can't tell him, but I really want to, I think/know that even my brother PINKY PROMISED he would quit smoking he still does it, i went ot my friend emily's house and her brother told us that my brother taut him how to smoke it from a bottle! I know! its so gross, I'm really against all that gross stuff. And I'm fourteen, i even found my brothers stash of beer! POh my god, what should I do!? Anything will help, I'll send feedback! I just want to know what you would do if you were me! Please Help!
I don't know why you rated the columnist below me the way you did. I kind of agree.
The drinking thing is something he will get over. Same with smoking.
If he does it socially, he is being a normal teenager. If he does it alone, he may have a serious problem. Get him counseling if it gets worse, but if it is an occasional, social, thing, I really don't think you should be too too conerned.
Granted, it is illegal, so if he is caught with it, it is shalom shalom to freedom.
