in california
if you have your permit can you drive alone to school ?
like would you need a note or do you HAVE to have a parent?

I really think in all states with a permit you have to be driving with someone over 18. It might be 21, not sure though. It doesn't matter where your going either. Notes aren't acceptable to the police.
