there's no way of telling if a guy wants to kiss you or not, but you can pinpoint certain signs.
for example;
maybe he tries to get closer to you a few times.
or maybe he kisses your cheek, or tells you something really really intimate or sweet.
if you want to kiss him, then go for it.
there's nothing wrong with the girl going for first base ;)
