Lately, my friend has been complaning to me about her weight. She said she was 96 pounds last year, and now she is 116. It has only been about 8 months, and I have noticed it on her too. It all went straight to her stomache. She came to me asking how to get a flat stomach, because I have one, but I didnt do anything to get it, so I cant really help her. Does anyone know a way for her to get a flat stomach by Friday, because our class is going to a water park, and she wants to wear a bikini, but she said that she needs a flat stomach. I feel really bad for her, so any ideas?

excercise plans, weight lose foods?

100 situps and 100 crunches twice a day. this will definitely flatten out her stomach by friday. tell your friend to drink plenty of water and lots of fruits and vegetables.
