I am going over this guys house that I like. We are going to watch movies and stuff like that. What do I do. Should i kiss him? What do I wear how do i do my hair and make up. I want to catch his eye.

It looks like he might like you too. Movies are great for kissing. If you look into his eyes, just go ahead and kiss him. You'll be able to tell if he likes you back after you kiss him - even if it just on the cheek, or just a peck on the lips.

As for what to wear, wear something cute, and flirty. Maybe a mini skirt, and a tank top? Since its summer. But don't do anything too much, because then he'll know you're trying to impress him. Which then it might not. Be yourself.
Wear your hair down, maybe in tight curls, or however he likes it :]
