ok well this is kinda a dumb question but i need to know. so if you have a tampon in (when you have your period, obviously) when you have to go to the bathroom do you take it out? and what if you don't have any extras with you, do you put it back in?

You don't pee out of the whole your tampon is in. Don't take it out, and pee as normal.
