What are biometric exercises and can any one give me a couple?How do theybenifit my health as well?

Biometric exercises do not exist. Biometric is a combination of dieting and exercising and logging the two.

Google it and you will see that it is a log program of eating healthy, dieting, counting calories, exercise reps and routines, logging everything.
