My boyfriend always promises me he's going to call and that we're going to hang out. I never get a call and when I do its to late to do anything. Or he will tell me to call him, and I will call, and he doesnt answer and when he does, he always says he'll call me back. Don't get me wrong, sometimes we do, but it seems theres more dont's then do's. Is it wrong for me to get upset ? I'm not mad at him, but I'm not sure, I just.. I feel upset when he doesn't call.. Is it wrong for me to feel this way ?

No, you should be upset at him. You need to talk to him about this to get this issue resolved. I know you don't want a boyfriend that ignores you, so if this doesn't work out, there's plenty of time for a relationship that will. :)

Remember: Communication is key in every relationship!
