He liked the fact of him moving on, but he doesn't want you to do that too.
He's just doing the stupid 'she's mine' boy thing, even though you aren't his. You should let him know this too.
And even if you are interested in him again, you need to push yourself away from it, because if he cheated once, he'll cheat again, without a doubt.
