I think you should try re-starting your computer. Hit Crtl + Alt + Delete all at the same time on your keyboard. A Windows screen of some sort should pop up. Go to the top bar, and you'll find where you can restart it. If that doesn't work, I think you should call your computer company and ask for assistance.

I've had a lot of experiences with piercings, bullying, family problems, and even sexual issues (no std's)- but with the emotional part of it. I love music, so I give good, basic advice about that, too. Also, I deal with severe anxiety and depression, and have been in treatment numerous times.
