I need to find a floor length dress that is inexpensive and has straps and is a light color. what are some places in southern California that have dresses or what are some websites that have dresses and pics would be great.

It's a Wrap in Burbank, CA. I got a floor length, beautiful dress for $20, and it's designer. Real designer!!
