how can i make my hair grow faster?

i can't get extensions, i need something that won't cost more than $40

home remedies would be great

anything else would be welcomed! i don't even know where to go or what to get but i want my hair very long as soon as possible.

I heard if you get your end cut every like 5 weeks or something,, that your hair grows like twice as fast.
